Not very happy about this as I placed an order early in the morning and unfortunately couldn't work out how to arrange express delivery. I tried calling at 9am and got the answerphone message saying you were closed until 10. I opened up my emails to send an email and found an email saying that the order had been despatched! So I sent an email immediately asking if there was any way my order could be sent on express delivery. I was very disappointed with the reply! Surely something could have been done....

We always want our ordering process to be as seamless as possible and are always happy to make changes where possible, or to help you set up a new order.
However, once a subscription or order is triggered in our system, it is automatically sent for immediate dispatch. We try and facilliate any changes where we can after an order has been processed, but this is unfortunately not always possible once this enters our fulfilment system.
Our standard estimated UK delivery is 2-3 working days from dispatch, so we hope your order will be with you swiftly.

I have been receiving the women's 45+ supplement for a few years now on subscription. I am pleased with the product and it is delivered in a packet which I decant into a bottle in a timely manner. I love the fact that this is a natural product.
