Very disappointed
Very disappointed . Had a very poor experience on taking my small Maltipoo dog in to wild bush Barnes for a hand cut a couple of months ago only to collect him and discover he’d been completely shaved - looked dreadful. Nobody thought to pick up the phone and discuss this with me beforehand - especially as I had explained very clearly why we needed a hand cut . They just went ahead and shaved him .
Spoke to the owner who apologised and offered me 50% discount on my next visit . I took the dog in for another visit last week but the hand cut was very uneven and untidy . I’ve since had to pay to tidy it up elsewhere.
To make matters worse Wildbush refused to honour the promised discount . The owner Mat has since promised again to honour the offered discount but I won’t be taking my dog there for a third time especially not at the £85 which they charged me .
