It was made really for snails to use. I mean I cannot believe the absolute lag it's got between even tapping a button and its reaction.

Well I only paid $25 for it I feel I got ripped off by at least $20 I have never found such a POS as this. (Length of use 3 months)

This phone is crap! Phone volume dropsid call and often simply drops existing calls. Throwing it in the trash!!!

battery is crap, just works for just 3 hours before dieing.

Ok so I'm at 3 stars and here's why. My be galaxy overheated and blew up and all I could afford was the voix and it was half off for 50 bucks. Everything works fine and I've had it 3 weeks. I see all the bad reviews but so far I disagree. Also you get what you pay for and at 100 bucks I don't assume I'm getting the same quality as a new iphone😭😁😘

The connection cuts off and the other person can't hear me well. Sounds very far away.

Apps that are installed wont keep running even though they have unrestricted status. SD card reader stops working when sd card is still installed. I would not have bought the phone if I known all the problems it has. Would never recommend this phone to anyone.

The phone is affordable however at the cost of a quality product. The phone is unable to support many of the common apps consumers want to install on their devices in 2023 such as IG, FB or even banking apps. When trying to download apps from the play store they crash or remain in "pending" status even when connected to WiFi. In addition, the charger device can not be used with any 2c charger for whatever reason the phone charging unit is picky.

Greetings it constantly drops calls,it has horrible reception wherever I am honestly why do I pay for phone service if it drops the calls?what's the use? I hate to even answer the phone cause I cant hear the person on the line
are you going to tell me the folks @ metro pcs are not aware of these issues and do nothing about it I'm assuming your ok ripping people off who purchase this phone.i want my money back or another phone! This phone is Horrible maybe two cans and string would work better!

Worthless piece of sh_t. This phone dies even when it's at 100% and I JUST took it off the charger - it jumps from 100% charged to 0% and shuts down. Then if I try to restart it, it still indicates that it's got 0% charge until I remove the battery completely then put it back.

Just now it was as at 100%; shut down for no reason; I remove the battery; put it back and it's at 47% even though I hadn't even used it and it was on the charger all night. It does this ALL THE TIME.

I cant download some apps i did the delete cache and storage or reset trick and also did the system update but every time i open the app it keeps crashing sometimes it will say you dont have enough storage even tho my internal storage doesnt have anything on it i wanna play a certain game but i cant download

Worst phone I ever owned. Shortest battery life, longest charging times, takes 6 hours to charge and I've seldom had a full charge. How the hell can Metro PCS even sell this piece of S@!T?#$@

I got a wiko a couple months ago and it's helped me a lot. All I see on here is negativity.. no, my wiko doesn't aide me in communications but has been a programming course for the last 2 months .. let's look at the good things that wiko brought us. Free programming courses. It has the quickest factory reset than any other phone ever . Within hours you'll be learning how to do factory resets . I've got so good at resetting that it ain't nothing for me to get 10 or more resets done a day . And Sis, no one notice just how smoothe the glass was. Sure it doesn't always accept input but it looks really nice, when you're not using it.. It does look like an actual phone from a distance.. up close it looks a little lazy and stubborn but that'll work itself out in time. Also did no one notice the feelings of euphoria that you get while you're busting it with an axe or putting a slug thru it.. it felt sooo good , man what a high that was. Give credit to them where the credit is due. Although, It isn't for their decent quality phones tho.. but they've mastered making someone learn python just to dial out. Great teachers too . They taught me to factory reset with each charge and I learned how to deal with angry employers who think I hung up on them or faked a fade away on them.. I give them a five star rating for being the best in their class.. undoubtedly they are the #1 tech company which conned thier customers into buying some plastic thing that'll do nothing but make their life miserable.. cheers to being #1 in the world for cheap product scams ever !

I purchased a Wiko phone through Metro PCS in Roanoke VA. Since day 1 I have been unable to make calls because I fade out or drop and the person I am speaking with cannot hear me. The store ordered me a new one and the same problems existed. I have had the phone for a month and have not been able to have a full conversation. The Metro PCS in Roanoke VA will not give me my money back or switch out with another model even though I have insurance and a warranty. I have NEVER had this problem with such basic technology. I brought the phone to a phone dealer of a different company. They opened up the phone and informed me that it has a Hauwei processer and than proceeded to show me that Hauwei phones are illegal to import into the United States. They must be getting around that by just providing processers. In summary - these phones don't work. Please avoid

Got a free wiko phone from assurance wireless. I am using voice to text and I just had to correct their own corporate name. Yes you heard that right saying the name wiko, no matter how I pronounce it because I've tried to pronounce it two different ways now and both times the voice to text did not recognize the word as "wiko" & the first time typed week old and the second time typed wico. Even though I pronounce the two totally different ways the voice to text still doesn't recognize when the corporation that actually manufactured this phone hears its own corporate name. Wow.....now THAT'S garbage!!! I'm not going to go over all the problems that the phone has many other reviewers here have already done that and I'm not going to waste any more time on this piece of crap. Trust me and everyone else here you don't want one you don't want anything that this corporation makes it's all garbage and that is why it is given away for free by government provided phone service providers like assurance wireless. Hate your phones wiko. You should be ashamed.

People can never hear me. Phone always goes to Bluetooth or mute. Worst phone ever

I went into this believing this was a reliable company as it was French with decent reputation/support unlike Chinese or Indian brands, however I'm very disappointed with my phone despite using it as a secondary phone.
My Wiko Power, which I nearly paid $200 for feels terrible value for money.

- 2.3GHz Octa Core & 4GB RAM performs terrible, these following specs are literally better than my iPhone 11 yet perform 10 times slower.
- Unusable cameras, didn't expect much but reminds me of an old LG smartphone back in 2013, speaking of which, this makes the Face ID feature useless since the front-camera is so bad.
- Awfully low brightness, even when turned all the way up brightness still looks average.

I can only praise this Wiko's phones for their additional earbuds (despite feeling cheap and light), screen protector & case and their prices, even so, I wouldn't even recommend this brand, I deeply wish I could return my phone if I could.

My sister got her phone from T-Mobile, she a senior citizen, on a budget, she asked for the cheapest phone that she could afford. BAD WORST MISTAKE. reception just terrible, voice conversation chopping up talking, no one can hear or understand conversation, voice fading in and out..she going to return it tomorrow, she is hoping she can get another brand of phone, that is much better, without any problem.

Oh man if I could give less than one star I'm not even sure how they would rate that kind of a negative number lol WELL I just recently switched to assurance wireless from SafeLink as a lifeline phone I believe they are called I switched like I said to assurance wireless right at the tail end of April if not the very beginning of May and as we sit right now July 4th 2022 I have been through the wiko ride, wiko life 2 and wiko Life 3 (My Life 3 is still working in the sense if I turn it off turn it on turn it off turn it on about 50 times I might be able to make a call but that call cannot last more than 40 seconds because the phone will drop signal and then it's back to the off-on thing (for some reason the reset option doesn't work the same) so yeah I have been through three of their phones in 2 months... When the first one died I gave them the benefit of the doubt I understand it is a cheap phone you can buy them brand new for like $10 I believe then I got my replacement that was actually an "upgrade" (still a $10 phone but somehow an upgrade lol) that one lasted shorter than the first one so at that point I knew the phones were just pure garbage and it wasn't just a faulty product the first time... Well I didn't have the money at the time to go out and buy something of good quality so I had to call them again to have another replacement phone sent... Which believe it or not they actually gave me a lot of crap about it which I thought was actually really funny I couldn't even get mad about it because they are the ones sending trash phones and then getting mad at people for needing a replacement every 3 weeks lol... It's funny how our government can give billions and billions of dollars to countries who legitimately hate us yet when it comes to their citizens were like those little cartoon mice in that Disney movie standing under a family eating waiting for crumbs (I totally understand that a phone is a luxury item and they absolutely do not need to provide them to us especially for free with unlimited everything that is not in any way what I am complaining about of my complaint is with the manufacturer and quality control)
