I asked for the right items to be sent.
I would never use wilko again. Wrong items sent and when I asked if the right items could be sent, I was told this wasn't possible. I am sure this is breaking Trades Description Act but I haven't got the time to argue it further for the sake of a few pounds. Just will not shop at Wilko again. Poor products and poor service.

A few years ago i made the horrible mistake of buying this phone. the first time i tried to make a video it consisted of only images thats how bad the quality was. i let it fall accidentally and the whole backcover fell off. it was also the slowest phone ive ever seen in my life. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Items missing from box, spoke to chat to arrange return and they want me to take photo or video of missing items 🙄. Now being ignored. Absolute scam artists

Phone works fine. Even with a sims card has little memory storage. Bought a case for it and put phone in it, when I took the phone out of the case, phone split in half! Fingerprint no longer works and often when typing it drops the whole keyboard and I have to tap where I left off and start typing again.

My phone is running too slowly,performing basic functions has become a challenge.Phone is ringing nothing shows at times there's no notification is given to show a call was directed to me.Sim tool kit is also non functional in my friend's,the phone is also hanging inspite of alot of storage present

Part of my order was missing been trying to contact by email whatsapp and online chat and no response

I would give 0 stars if I could , I received the wrong order , bad customer service , Wilko is not like the use to be , don’t buy nothing from the Wilko website ! Keep away !

I have had this phone for over a year & lately when I want to reboot my phone, I am having to do a factory reset & when I do a factory reset, I lose things like my bus pass, even when I do a backup. Not happy with it anymore.

So I Brought This Phone A Couple Weeks. Havent Even Had It A Month Yet. And Everything About It Is Terrible. I'm with metro PCS by the way. Phone blinks on and off until it cuts off by itself And Restart. Slow Data/No Data And I Pay 70$ A Month. I Paid 75$ For It because I had An Upgrade Available. Never Again. Very Soon I Will Be Getting A New Phone

if i could give this phone minus 10 stars i would the absolute biggest piece of crap ever invented your better off with an 80s flip phone dont buy or even get for free this phone makes you want to commit suicide its so horrible id rather send smoke signals than try to call anyone on this piece

Dont buy horrible no one can hear you on the phone everybody says sounds like I'm under water. Camera is garbage won't even have motion to take picture. Freezes up and cuts off a lot . You guys should be sued a.s..a.p 100 for nothing should be a free phone .

The absolute worst phone that I've ever had. I guess I get what I paid for. It's a must that I break down and get a phone. Calls disconnect after talking for 20 minutes and sometimes less. Goes offline spontaneously.

I bought one of their phones, the viko voix. It's been one of the worst experiences I've had w a personal cell phone. It crashes and freezes OFTEN. You can be in the middle of an app and you'll have to clear everything and start over. The battery life is probably no more than 2 9r 3 hrs depending on use. The phone requires you to buy a case because you're going to drop it time and again. And the os is super slow and extremely laggy. Whomever designed this device did a horrible job and introduced a very subpar phone

The cameras don't focus, they have a fixed focal length. The phone is very slow with only 2GB Ram and there's no room on the phone with 16GB ROM, plus all of the bloat ware and now multiple updates every other day. Assurance Wireless is out of business or seems that way as no one provides customer service. I've been dealing without his phone for almost 10 years.

I only had this phone for 36 hours worse phone ever!!! keeps shorting out 😡...I wish I had done my research first but I was in a bind.....

My LG k40 got destroyed, so I went to Metro where I was eligible for an upgrade, at no charge. They charged me $137. For this wiko voix. I can only use speakerphone when I get or make a call. And the sensor is so bad you can't even use a step tracker. I got ripped off completely. This phone is junk and after being a metro customer for nearly 10 years. I will be changing companies when my bill comes due.

I have had my phone for 3 weeks and it's god awful. When running wifi it won't load shut wifi and use data bam loads in a snap of a finger. It constantly is going to a black screen while in the middle of posting something. I am not trying to over exaggerate when I say this there's not nothing good about this phone nor is there anything positive I can say about it

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER! I purchased a pathetic phone that literally started lagging as hell after only 15 minutes of use. The camera quality is horrible and literally every action makes the phone lag (even scrolling made it crash sometimes...). Pathetic company!
