Contacted WiFi heroes as I had some connection issues in the loft, within a week they were round to check on what the problems where.

Once identified it was only a week later before they were back round installing the solution.

They were quick/polite and tidy.

WiFi heroes provide an excellent service. They arranged someone to come round within a few days to evaluate what we needed and then quoted me the same day. They completed the work soon after and Matt was really efficient and sorted everything out so we have excellent WiFi all round the house.

I found WiFi Heros from a search and Barry from the company came to investigate our WiFi, diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. O'Niel and Crew fitted the necessary equipment and the result is hugely improved WiFi speeds and a much happier family! You know you need to upgrade your wifi network, you think you can probably manage it - with a fair bit of tinkering and a lot of cussing - but the very thought makes your teech ache.

Outstanding service from Samuel and the install team. Always available when I have a question and the install was very thought through and neatly done. All 6 APs working perfectly since install 6 months later. Most of all, wifi is super quick everywhere. I have a Virginmedia connection topping at around 300Mbps and getting around 210-250Mbps everywhere by wifi. 100% recommend Wifiheros. Thank you

The family home was getting a broadband speed boost from my Virgin Media supplier which required replacing and activating a new Hub router. Even contacting Samuel by mail at the very end of a busy Friday initiated a speedy, efficient and expert reply from Samuel who also asked me to phone him that evening to confirm that all was working well. This I did, and we received the clarifications we needed for me to have a stress-free weekend with the children. I recommend both him and Wi Fi Heros without hesitation- cheers!
