The product was just as we ordered and were very happy with that hence the 3stars. But to get the product here I paid for next day delivery and it took nearly two weeks to arrive and the delivery company wouldn’t follow delivery instructions either. Please change your delivery costs to reflect the poor delivery service

Great service, ordered the set and got a courtesy call to tell me when it would be delivered. Delivery driver was very helpful when it arrived. Product was as expected from the picture and a great upgrade from the previous set we had. Little lad loves it.

Ordered a Berg rectangular trampoline on Saturday night and it was delivered on Tuesday. Really impressed with the communication and the delivery. The trampoline was taken up 20 steps to get to the back garden and the gentleman did a great job as the trampoline was extremely heavy. I would definitely recommend this great company. My Son will love his new trampoline. Thank you so much.

Ordered on Monday, delivered to North Yorkshire on Wednesday at the time advised to us on Tuesday, everything was there when we assembled it, well made good price very pleased. My grandson watched us put it together and was on it as soon as complete he loves it

What an incredible family-team at Wicken Toys! Firstly I would recommend visiting their showroom near Milton Keynes as the array of kids outdoor toys is incredible and great to see/test many of them in person. We recently purchased a Berg Playbase and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish they were incredible. The delivery and install was fantastic. Making the entire process really enjoyable! Look forward to working with them again - such a top team!

We had viewed trampolines few days prior at Wicken. Very friendly staff. Not pushy at all but very knowledgeable an they were happy for the children to try all equipment out . Would recommend.

Great experience with wicken toys. Ordered a new slide for our climbing frame as previous was damaged. Delivery was quick and efficient. They previous called to confirm delivery slot and all staff was very polite and kind. Would definitely use this company again and recommend!
