I purchased 6 sets of mirror fixing brackets which arrived very quickly.
Although I took time and trouble to read the instructions carefully, there remained a single sentence that didn't make any sense to me. I contacted the company and the very next day received a telephone call from Customer Service, a young lady called Kim, and a careful explanation was given which solved my problem.
Thankyou Kim and a huge Well Done to the Wholesale Glass Company for first class customer service. A rare attribute these days.

Used this company based on good reviews. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong item but an email to them resulted in a call from Tony who couldn’t be more helpful. A replacement was quickly sent out and they even refunded me for an item I’d ordered but was told I didn’t need. Total customer care.

Colcom 8501N Glass to Wall Shower Door Hinge
Ordered a pair of hinges. Arrived quickly and well packed at a good price.
If you are looking for hinges I can really recommend the Colcom hinges. Well made and a very accurate adjustable park at 90 degrees.

I have been waiting an entire month for my glass to arrive. Very little in the way of communication from them to explain why or apologise. They did however start off very attentive but I feel as soon as they got my £800 their enthusiasm waned. I am thoroughly disappointed and it has held up our project massively. They will be removed from the supplier list at our architects practice and we will look to another more reliable supplier in future.

Disappointing. Paid huge price for next day delivery. Wasn't dispatched until the following day, then never arrived. Customer service couldn't care less and very rude on the phone.

Ordered custom shower glass, they did not notfiy that they only do curbside delivery, can't find that on their website.

Regardless glass arrived and when ready for installation realised they sent the wrong parts!

Contacted them and they blamed driver!

I met driver twice, once upon delivery and then replacement parts, oddly he advised the "counter" handed him the bag containing parts!

Also someone left me voice message about mistaken parts delivery, called back and a woman answered using a different business name, she advised that she answered the call on behalf of the counter. Great!

When i asked to speak to counter she told me they must be busy and to call back!

Not what i would expect after spending a thousand dollars, not advised that they only deliver to curb and then mess up parts!

Use these cowboys at your own risk!

Great service by the guy who served me. Took the time to explain what I needed and delivery on time. Would definitely use again if need.

No problems and fast dispatch.

This glass company has now let me down for the 3rd time! They have delivered wrong order first time , missing item second time , missing item again for the 3rd time !
I have ordered a food display glass cabinet for my restaurant and the made me pay in full in advance and we agreed delivery within 10 working days excluding weekends, I have received my delivery after 22 working days and still waiting for 4 glass shelf’s to arrive , the glass cabinet also got some stains and I been ringing every day without getting any service I think they are under staff and can’t cope with work load and very poor ervice I will not recommend this company at the present.

1st experience of this company and all positive. Great prices good service and good products all delivered as expected.

I needed some glazing tape to create some double glazing panels for my DIY project. These people had reasonable prices and a good range of projects. I found their web site useful in terms of advice and product range. Their delivery was prompt and well packaged.

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with this company. We ordered 5 metal glass brackets very late one afternoon, yet they arrived the next morning! So many companies have a 4.00pm cut-off for delivery, and we thought we had missed it, so we were very impressed. It also helps that their price was one of the cheapest, yet the product is great. Even though the profit to the company was a few pounds, if that, someone bothered enough to get the order out for next day - great stuff.
