I was afraid at the beginning because the site look a little cheap, and the custommers need more informations, like the time was have to wait for our keys, we bought. The support is good, but... Apathic and lost in his job, like i was lost in this website.

after 24 hrs and countless time with there automated customer service i was told they didn't have the gift cards, they then took another 48 hrs to refund me.

Awful place to do business with, send them money, and they send no confirmation or anything, then they ask for your personal ID with picture and full name for them to send you products you've already sent the money for.
