I've seen reviews from a year ago mention purchased keys not working or bad customer service, that was not my personal experience. I purchased a Windows 10 Home key from whokeys, and several months later went to activate it (within the 6 month service window as stated by whokeys) but it didn't work. I got in contact with customer service who reached back out to me immediately, confirmed my purchase, then sent me a brand new key. I wish the first key had worked from the get-go, but otherwise no complaints here.

I ordered the wrong windows key and contacted customer support through the chat on the website.
within a few minutes after giving my order number,
they gave me a new code for the correct version at no extra cost!

I would strongly recommend Whokeys to anyone,
since they have such good customer service!

i bought a laptop 3months ago brand new with windows 11, but the company installed a enterprise volume version of windows 11 home. thanks to whokeys i got a new key for windows 11 pro for under £20, i definitely recommend whokeys to everyone looking for an upgrade or reactivation of windows. support was amazingly fast to responding to my product key not working but the issue was resolved within a few minutes and some simple steps with restarting, i have now got a lifetime version of Windows 11 Pro OEM RETAIL

Purchased Win 11 Pro key for wife's new pc. Fair price and instant activation. Zero issues. I would have liked to have been able to use pay-pal but I maintain a very low limit credit card to minimize my exposure in lieu of pay-pal.

Idk why others are frustrated, my experience with a Windows 11 activation code worked fine, and the customer support was nice too. You should read the activation tips if it isn't working, you need to enter the code shown in the tips first then your code

Never buy from this site! Bought a system restore key and the key didnt work. Asked for a fix and they just blocked my email and ignored me without assisting me!

I bought Windows 10 pro product key and Office Pro 2016.
Not working!
Refused to help in any way - probably stole my product key, as they are scammers!

Following Tech Notice - Laurie said he is able to use PayPal - but there is no PayPal Option for the U.S. - I text there support and they said it must be because of my location - do they really expect me to use my Credit Card - that's crazy - very risky - they can say what they want about secure connection but why do they offer PayPal as a payment option in the UK but not the U.S.?

Similar experience to others. Tried to buy a game key, they take your money, then nothing.... Contacted support, game out of stock. I paid $39.50 got back $38. I checked the site 3 days later and it still says the game in question is in stock. SCAMMERS AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I bought Microsoft Personal ACCOUNT. What’s the meaning of that word ACCOUNT for them? So, you will buy account which is goverment by some their organization in another word it’s not independent as they will told you!! Once they give access data and you change the password, you will not be able to reset that password if you’ll have to!!

They did not have the key for kaspersky but they refunded me everything within three days. I put 5 stars because I appreciate the seriousness. Support responds instantly.

Bought a key for an older game, "The Evil Within". Waited for the key to arrive but nothing, so closed the window and forgot about it for a couple of days. Went back today to ask where the key was and the agent disappeared for three hours. I asked again and was told "it's out of stock", despite it still being on sale in the store. Had to ask for a refund, which I was told would take "some days" and then they just stopped talking to me again. Not professional.

I decided to buy an old horror game named CASE Animatronics. I waited about hour to recieve the key, then the Support finally responded, as I asked how much it might take to recieve it. The Support said that they ran out of keys for this game, and that I will get my refund within 24h. Happily, I said that its all great. On another day, I checked if the refund was here, but it wasn't. I decided to contact support again, and after about 5 hours, the Support answered, that refund has been done. The rating isn't based on just the refund, as it might still be processing through my bank, but for support and the key delivery as well - if I wouldn't ask for the key, I may have never recevied it at all. So overall, I wouldn't recommend this site, even if the game is cheap, because its almost guaranteed that the key will not be available. 2/10

so I purchased a windows 10 key and it worked for about a month then I opened my pc and had it deactivated. the keys they have are dozen keys used in offices and that's why they're so cheap. they work for a bit and then they get deactivated because you aren't part of the company who bought the dozen keys for their hundreds of computers. So basically a scam

I have bought a Rocket League Key and they give me nothing. After contacting the customer service they told me they will refund me in the next 24 hours and after 3 day i didn't get any refund. Now the customer service isn't even answering.

I took the gamble and went on with my purchase of Win 11 pro. But I didn’t realise I have Windows 11 home version of. So obviously the pro key didn’t work. I got in touch with the customer service and shared my screenshot with them and they came up with a solution which worked like magic. I really appreciate the customer service who resolved my issue. Just like that I upgraded from Windows 11 home to pro version.
