Scam website. Avoid at all costs
This is a scam website run under the guise of someone named Rahil Shah at Exborders (previously also had a fraudulent website called shopyourworld registered in Singapore). Exborders Uk limited was his company in the UK also and this was struck off by Companies House (the information is publicly available). Please avoid at all costs.
I made a purchase last week but have since tried contacting the company multiple times by email and phone. The phone goes through to an automated message during business hours saying, “We are not available to take your call. Please call again another time,” and is not picked up. The emails have gone unanswered. There is basically no way to get through to the company and the items I paid for have not been sent.
The website is very young and has used some form of encryption to hide the owner’s identity. There are no Google reviews and the UAE and US address appear to be a sham.
The website is rated as “suspicious” by Scamfighter.com and its parent (Exborders) is also listed as a fraudulent website on mouthshut.com
