Wanted to send my father some credit from my white calling app. Accidentally sent the credit to the wrong person. Contacted white calling to make them aware of the issue. I was greeted by Natalia, from the moment she heard about my error, she immediately made it a mission to help me out. A* customer service, she is very friendly and kept me in the loop and set out to return the credit back to me. I use white calling app frequently. It’s a brilliant way to connect to your loved ones. I had an issue this morning that was completely my fault!!!
I had an issue this morning which turned out to be my fault, not the fault of whitecalling, I sent an email and got a phone call from a very nice chap by the name of Riaz. Riaz sorted everything out for me, rectified the problem, and showed me how to do what I was trying to do correctly. What an extremely nice bloke, and what an extremely nice company. Once I returned home, and mentioned to my Dad how a chap by the name of Riaz sorted everything out for me, he commented that he had spoken to Riaz many times and he was indeed very helpful, Riaz, you are obviously a legend who makes a lot of your customers very happy, thanks again.

The worst app to use calling abroad
The worst app to use calling abroad. It cuts off every minute and records the voice of the person you are calling. Before you know the credit is already gone 😡

I strongly advise against using this company
I added £10 to my account but didn't use it. After 2 hours, I was surprised to find that my balance had decreased to only £0.12 without any usage. When I contacted customer support to request a refund due to my dissatisfaction with not being able to use my balance, the operator's response was impolite. I strongly discourage using this company as they lack clear refund policies and do not effectively address customer issues.

Ask for Sanna R - excellent support adviser
I spoke to Sanna R, who was very attentive and helpful in resolving the issue using the App, she was able to get it sorted within minutes. She is an excellent communicator and knowledgeable in her field. I was extremely satisfied with the service she provided, will ask for her again.
