Friendly staff and packed very quickly all went very smoothly

A personal and professional service by White and Co made the unpredictable and stressful process of moving home go smoothly. Andy O’Neill and his crew checked in with us throughout the move if there was an item or box not labelled making the service high standard

The whole team, office and removal, at White and Co. Knaresborough were excellent from start to finish; flexible and friendly.
We have never used a professional remover before so wasn't sure what to expect. White and Co. were recommended by my parents who had had great experiences on previous moves, and they certainly lived up to to that recommendation. We had a lot of stuff to move along with last minute uncertainty around our exchange and completion date and the whole team were really helpful, supportive and accomodating during such a stressful time for us.
We would not hesitate to use White and Co. again in the future.

Company moved my furniture into storage and then out again a year later. Some furniture was damaged and even unusable after having been delivered. There were also lots of extra hidden costs

Fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough. The team from the London branch led by Leon: Julian, Jorge, Nathan and France worked tirelessly to make our move as smooth as possible. They were efficient, careful, considerate and always cheerful and positive even coming back a third day to help reassemble furniture. I have to highly commend the service I received from this company. I was really nervous beforehand as this was a major move for me with many items covering 3 decades of stuff! The company made it pain free. Utter professionalism from beginning to end point. Stuart and Kevin in particular were exceptional in reducing my anxiety as their competency, expertise and professionalism was experienced by me throughout. I really felt they cared about what they do and that made me trust them. I moved from London to Yorkshire (my home town) and they made it so much less daunting than it could have been. Variation in packing of boxes. There was a definite difference in packing. We had some boxes which were securely packed & others which had no packing material to secure .
The damage to the two pieces of statement furniture, although covered by insurance, is a considerable inconvenience due to the time it will take to get a replacement & the £50 admin fee grates.
Saying that the staff were very pleasant.

Great from start to finish. Whites have moved me from within The UK and also Europe I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We had previously had a very bad removal experience with another Company but through every stage of this process, White & Company have been fantastic. Great communication and the team on the day could not have been more helpful and took the greatest care of our possessions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
