Had some issues, but support was there to help.

i bought handwraps and my trade was returned, i wrote 2 times to a support and they keep ignoring me for a 2 days

Bought a Skin but after 6 days the seller reversed the trade. They say if the seller does it then the buyer (me) gets back the money. I havnt recieved the money back tho. Bad experience overall.

Unfortunately, there is lot of sellers which do not confirm the deal. You order something expensive and your money freezes for 12 hours but seller is not planning to accept the deal. In that time average price grows up and you are loosing the chance to buy for previous one. I think team should restrict or ban such sellers or allow to cancel the deal before conforming.
And not possible to withdraw previously deposited funds without KYC.

This website is a total scam.
They have cheaper prices, like 30% less than even on csfloat - thats how they trick you. They let you trade for a bit with small amounts of money (100 USD or something) so you get comfortable. Then I sold a knive on there for 500 USD. The moment the trade reverse period was over and the balance therefore free to use, it was apparently withdrawn through crypto. All of it - GONE. 500usd like that.
First I thought I was hacked but literally nothing else other than my whitemarket account is affected. Not even any signs of (un-)successfull logins on my steam.

They make you think they are legit with their big sponsorings of juventus turin and Navi but its a bunch of bs.

The site is good overall, nice layout, features and good prices on items, sellers are quite active recently. Not 5 stars as I might have encountered a glitch two times in a row trying to buy an item where the item I would buy would have actually already been bought but the order was still placed and I couldn't cancel it until 1 hour later. If this wasn't a glitch and just a feature it was not clearly explained and the timer of 24 hours is really confusing to people new to the site considering everything mentions only 12 hours. But after the first time where you learn how the site works it works well and is safe.
