Parcel said out for delivery, then delivery attempted due to restricted front door/driveway, I was home, and there is nothing blocking my door or letterbox and I do not have a driveway, no way of contacting them, and no sign of it showing up either. Have complained to Amazon. Who are now chasing it up. First experience with them, hope it’s my last

They’re destroying the environment and residents lives building hideous warehouses in Wigan county.
Whistl have moved into the controversial Astley warehouse development which has caused innumerable issues for the local community. These giant warehouses, one of which is now theirs, have irrevocably damaged the area, and they moved into this warehouse KNOWING it would cause this backlash. So you get what you deserve.
Shame on you for using the Astley warehouses! You wouldn't want to live next door would you!?
As far as companoes go whistl is one of the worst and most evil. They have a terrible service for starters. Really bad customer care. And above all do not care about communities they build their giant warehouses in. They will stomp qll over the common man any chance they get. Avoid this company like the llague. Unless your a billionair. Then you are a plague so it makes sense that you use them.
Awful awful company who do not care about anyone but themselves
Absolutely shocking what they've done in Wigan. I will never use this company or any of the companies who use their services.
A company that has no interest in serving its community,
1* for moving into the Astley warehouse even though they knew there'd be a public backlash. I'd be firing the CEO if I was on the board.
Worst delivery company ever. I will NEVER EVER use your services. This company is moving into a warehouse in Wigan that has absolutely steamrolled an entire community without a second thought. A beautiful open space has been wiped off the map and replaced with a huge, looming industrial box right at the end of people’s gardens like something out of a nightmare.
Residents are now forced to live with blinding lights pouring into their bedrooms at all hours, and since this thing went up there have been flooding issues that mysteriously never existed before. But of course, none of that seems to matter to them.
And don’t even get started on the roads — completely unsuitable for the kind of heavy traffic they’re bringing in, yet here we are, expected to just accept the chaos, congestion, and constant disruption like it’s normal.
It’s beyond careless — it feels deliberate. Total disregard for the people living here, like the community is just collateral damage. If this is how they treat their neighbours, why would anyone trust them to care about anything or anyone else?
If I could give less then one stars I would. Appalling company with no care or empathy for the people of Asltey. Noise and air pollution to local residents when they already had a site near by which did not cause such upset. Where is your empathy?
Rude company. No consideration for local members of the public. Avoid like the plague.
Extremely dissatisfied with their service and would ideally rate them with zero stars if that were an option. The company's communication was poor, and there was a total absence of updates. This experience makes Evri and Royal Mail appear competent by comparison!

Terrible Customer Service, not unexpected what so ever. Greedy corporate business with no actual care for customers.

Moving into a warehouse that has destroyed a community in Wigan. They will be operating in a location that will cause harm to residents and congestion on local roads that aren't suitable for their vehicles. A lovely local open space was destroyed to build a huge warehouse at the end of gardens which shines lights in through bedroom windows and has caused flooding. If they don't care about the impact on their neighbours they definitely don't care about their customers.
Would give less they have built a massive warehouse that was only passed due to a back hand given to the council! It has caused floods killed wild life and is destroying peoples lives! Do not use!!!
