Outstanding service and expert advice

I got in touch with WhichRemote to help find a replacement remote for an older NECO roller shutter controller. Freddi was brilliant, quickly identifying the compatible TX4 handset from photos and providing clear instructions on how to pair it.

The ordering process was smooth, dispatch was fast, and the remote arrived within a couple of days. Setup was quick and easy, and it worked perfectly straight away. Excellent, friendly customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
