Great service

Initially, I couldn't pair it with my garage door but it turns out the problem was me or, more specifically, my hearing. Even with my hearing aids in the bleep on the receiver unit was barely audible but from then on it was plain sailing. I have mine hanging on a chain around my neck otherwise I would lose it within minutes. Telephone support from GateRemotes was spot on and friendly. Since installation the product has worked flawlessly. Would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery (although I did pay for 1st class), easy to programme and works well. Order one initially to see if it worked and ordered two more as it works a treat.

My original remote control was battered by years of abuse in my car and pocket.
I rang for advice and was told by the young lady which remote unit was the best replacement.
I ordered online and they came promptly with clear set up instructions. Thank you!!!

Prompt delivery with easy to understand instructions for remote. Programming was easy, unlike other remotes which often have difficult to understand instructions and often do not work.

Order came through in couple of days. Remotes works perfectly, programmed and cloned different frequencies into one duplicate remote, GR20 UNI to be specific. Came with instructions which was slightly different to how it actually was to program the remote, but only took me half a minute to figure out.

Only wish they did 1 and 2 button remote version of GR20.
