This seems to have worked out perfectly. Car is parked. Omar sent me information on in and out. I won't need access to my car until late September. I'll let you know if there are any issues, but so far, so good. JA helped me out today and I am comfortable with the arrangement. Fingers crossed that all goes well going forward.

Garage Parking in Downtown Toronto Great Support by JA
Booking a place in a garage of my choice was super easy. JA provided instant support to all my needs even during a weekend. Processing, alloting and ensuring access to park was really quick considering I booked just over 24 hours before my requirement. The price was extremely affordable and the cheapest online. Easy, Inexpensive, and Remarkable Customer Service
Easy monthly parking in a secured apartment building garage for about 1/3 of what I was paying previously on my own building. Great communications start to finish, including on weekends. They even let me terminate my contract without the mandatory one month notice when I sold my vehicle. Excellent experience top to bottom, and I'd highly recommend working with WhereiPark if you need parking. In an industry where customer care isn't usually a top priority, WhereiPark really stood out as amazing.

The best support I’ve ever experienced . For real.
Recently I reached out to the support team regarding an unsafe and unsanitary issue in my designated parking lot. This issue had been there beginning my first day, June 2025, and I was shocked to see that no one had addressed it. It began as about a 6ft radius of dirty water which prevented parking there. It was leaking from somewhere obviously because each day it would grow slightly bigger and was getting an odor, thereby eliminating many other parking spots.. I asked security 2 times what happened and they responded that they didn’t know anything about it. I left a message for the rental office, finally, but never got a call back.
Finally I emailed WhereIPark support and immediately heard back from Abigail with a very courteous note and a promise to get right on it. I then was copied on her note to the building.
The very next day there was equipment of different sorts starting the cleaning process and the elimination of water. Within one week it is 100% cleans and dry and there are now an abundance of spots to park!
I was so impressed and so surprised to get such amazing and quick customer service, and I even showed my friends the emails and they were amazed as well!
Abigail also was the person who stayed on the phone with me last June when I was having navigation issues in setting up my account. I remember her kindness and patience! If the entire team is all like this I will be a customer forever.
