Product was as described and of very high quality. It was a gift and the recipient was very pleased. Excellent communication from wheesh. The one issue was how long it took for he item to be dispatched. Once the item was ready for dispatch it took 2 days for it to get shipped. From placing the order to dispatch was 6 days in total, meaning waiting for over a week for the parcel to arrive.

Wanted to get a Jananese (santoku or chef's) knife as a gift. Needed some advice so I called before making the purchase online. Had quite a long conversation with a very helpful gentleman. Nothing pushy. Rang back the following Monday to confirm purchase. Knife and sharpener arrived (Dublin) on Thursday morning.

I placed my order by phone as I had a few questions about the product and was delighted with the friendly and helpful advice I was given. I purchased a Thomas Kent mantle clock for my mums Xmas present. I ordered it over the phone as I wanted to speak about it. The man that took my order was very knowledgeable and very polite and attentive it was a joy to speak with him.

The phone was dispatched the same day and arrived literally the next day all packaged brilliantly and securely. I would recommend that the code is written elsewhere on the box so if it is a present its neater but it is packaged so well.

I hadn't heard of this company when I originally placed an order with ginger interiors but here I received an appalling service. I was told only after chasing my order that it wasn't available. So their website wasn't up to date and their service appalling.

You're best with clock warehouse you know what you're getting and they're extremely reliable.
