Scammers. They stopped support for their Helium miners completely. Don't buy anything from Linxdot.

Linxdot is giving their customers the big fat middle finger.

Dont deal with them. Many of my friends, after canceling their order never got their money back. And it's almost months ago. Some are waiting even 3 years.

They stole me hundreds of euro. They sent me several emails saying they would send me money but they never did it. stay away from these scammers.

Scammers, the website is down, no support, miners stopped working

I bought 2 expensive routers, one stopped working after a month or two, they gave me online support then asked me to ship it for a replacement. I did so, and the router and the whole customer service team disappeared. Multiple unsuccessful frustrating attempts.. nothing. Ok fine whatever. The second stopped working several months later. Requested assistance and all I got was an automatic email, advising the real answer was going to come a few days later. again, months have passes, my inbox folder (and spam folder just in case they'd like to use that more) are sadly empty. Stay away from them, this company is obviously either in major troubles or very dishonest

Scammers. Don’t waste your time with these people, you get no support. The miner stops working after some time and you need to sort everything out yourself. Their miners are also old and don’t mine much either, Ive not even earned anything like my investment. Save your money and time!

Ordered a hotspot, and they kept pushing the delivery date.
After 2 extensions, I decided to cancel the order.
2 years later, I still have not received a refund, and they have now stopped answering to my e-mails.

BIG SCAMMERS AVOID!

Still have not received my refund for my order i returned 3 years ago, 1 big scam this company.

Had issues with onboarding with my 1st hotspot. As for my 2nd still waiting 4 weeks on 7 emails and 3 different tickets to tech support and no reply. Please avoid and just take the plunge and purchase a better branded one for more money. This will save you time and stress. Plus other brands have far better antennas.

Shipping took a month, and product description says onboarding fees are included. So far they have not paid them. I have had no response from support via email, or discord.

Edit: They topped up their dc and I got it onboarded and location asserted. Lora is still not active though. Never got any response from email or discord.

Do Not Buy a Linxdot Helium Miner from there original website: it’s been months since I placed a order for four units and I just received one in my shipment and my order status says complete now on my login for customer orders portal they send you in email. My order isn’t complete because I’ve only received one of my four miners I paid $500 US Dollars for. Then to top it off I go to setup the miner and it’s authentication 10$ prepaid process just lingers and lingers and I’m not getting any mining rewards for the miner being not properly connected to me and my helium wallet. The company Linxdot don’t answer emails and don’t care to issue me a refund after I’ve emailed them saying I want the rest of my money back if your not going to send me the renting three I bought. They haven’t responded and probably won’t. I’ve been doing reviews on them and seen that the company is a fraud like others with selling helium hotspot miners.

No communication and still expecting on the 4 return products that still have not arrived.

Don't order. They're scammers. I ordered antenna month ago nothing arrived so far. They are not replying on discord or email. Many people on Linxdot saying they're scammers

I bought three items from this company. No communication at all and sent an email over a week ago with no reply other than an automated one saying if I contact again I go to the back of the queue. I can assure them I will be their worst nightmare🤣 They will wish they hadn’t taken my money I assure you.👍 please watch this space for follow ups.

Ordered three linxdots listed as in stock in Aug 22 - I am still waiting. Asking for a refund I have had one reply now silence. Still have the cheek to send marketing material still saying items are in stock...

Companies house shows them as still active. This can't be legal surely?

do not buy. not great quality, Helium IOT is dead.
You cannot cancel an order once it is in.

I have been waiting for my refund for more than a year now. There have always been "technical problems". Do not buy if you don't want to lose money

Miners can't be onboarded as Linxdot has no funds to pay for the onboarding process. Customer Service is inexistent as they do not answer to queries wether on discord or email. Practically if you buy miner from them you buy a useless product. At this point it feels much like a scam.

I have 3 miners and I have been waiting forever to do the onboarding, they seem not to care about their customers.
Don’t buy anything from them, find a different maker and make sure they have enough funds to do your onboarding.

If you manage to get your hotspot running, you're good. The problem is however that Linxdot need to top off their blockchain wallet with DC (crypto currency) to enable their users to onboard their hotspots to the blockchain. Without that you cannot use your Linxdot.

They very rarely do top off this wallet and if they do, it's by far not enough to onboard the amount of miners they sold. Avoid this brand at all costs and go for a company that actually enables you to use your product.
