This casino is trash it's legit but legit trash. Games are trash bouns buys are trash. Even with 100 percentages match on deposits haha stay away from this place when confronted about there trash they blamed it on the RNG like most trash casinos do. Im from New Zealand and this site is 100% legit .. deposited $50 on a 100% cash back thingy and I manage to beat the wager and withdraw $900 sooo cool! So far have taken at least 2k out Also I didn’t need to verify.. you just have to withdraw to same bank account im BNZ and just deposit with the same card. waiting time took about 2 working days!!

My experience with Wheelz Casino was a nightmare. I sent the requested documents for verification, but they invent vague criteria to refuse or delay validation. Customer service unable to provide clear answers, just excuses. No respect for the players. They literally laugh in your face. Avoid this site at all costs.

Completely robbed me. DO NOT USE. I deposited my money and didn’t show up. Asked customer service and they said that the transaction was successful. Went to look at my transactions and come to find that the money was deposited into the account and was somehow withdrawn from the account at the same time?

Biggest scam site over ever seen!
Spun €150 into over 10k over 2 days of playing. Went to cash out and they asked for verification! For 8 days I sent in 5 different proof of address, statements utility bills you name it, I sent screenshots and pdf files and every time they said they couldn’t approve it! Complete scam

So I made a deposite they froze my account and refuee to give me my money. I accidently put my friends name as mine cause of auto input Google does I've given them my ID proof of adress and proof of deposite and they refuse to give me my money back. I've tried talking to support like 1 times they did nothing to fix it I gave them my information told them I accidently clicked on my friends name instead of mine by acciedent. They refuse to give me my money or work with me says I need a passport or a driver's listens which I don't have in quebec our Medicare card is our legal ID n they won't accept it along with credit card bill n a picture of the deposite. I wouldnt play here there crooks.they won't even send the money I deposited back into my account. They have not done a single thing to help me never deposite at wheelz the worst experience ever.

Wheelz casino is the worst casino I have ever played at. They give very low paying bonus rounds when you can even get one. My advice is to not play there, they go to no ends to take your money and you can't even hope to get it back or win any.

Slow Customer service. Very long time to wait withdrawals to come to you. Would not recommend.

Created an account. Deposited 25.00 and when I went to go play a game they locked my account and demanded I send in documents. When I sent them in they requested 3 months of bank statements with all sorts of other requests. When I refused they kept the account locked and now I am out the money that I can see sitting in the account but can't do anything with. Do NOT make any deposits to this casino... definitely a scam!
