complete ripoff of a casino dont waist your time use a different casino that actually rewards its users properly like stake as you get weekly and monthly bonuses there. rizk on the other hand usless i wagered nearly 13k and lost 950 to get 50 10c spins off a rigged wheel not worth your time trust me its a honest review

How long are people going to put up with Online Casinos stealing. Repetitive patterns, Repetitive payouts. High multipliers never connecting unless it to the smallest tumble available on that particular game. We all have noticed. It obvious. Give a real review and warn others.

The site itself was okay I think... Worked wonders before they suddenly asked to verify my account.

I sent them passport picture and bank statement that showed every detail was correct but before doing so I had a wrong address so I contacted their live support so they know this information and can update it in my profile... Atleast the information that was visible to customers was 110% correct... But...
They said my birth date was wrong? 😂

First of all how can my birth date be wrong I'm curious about this and second why didn't you provide me with a picture of this information being wrong? you just typed emails... Your words are not law or terms but you did break the law unfortunately...

This birth date most likely was correct anyways but they closed my account because of "wrong details while ongoing verification"

Still haven't seen proof from their behalf that there was indeed wrong details shown...

I had 76 monthly raffle tickets, 50 daily raffle tickets. (1 MRT = 100€ and 1 DRT = 50€ wagered money)

I also had a 50€ bet that hadn't even started yet plus ~50 levels on my RIZK account.

they said I broke terms and services, okay.... You have written those terms yourself RIZK....

I tried to ask for my 50€ bet back (and compensation for wagered money gone to waste for nothing).

They basically told me all of my money and tickets I spent thousands of euros towards are nothing now and that I will not be seeing my 50€ bet or anything else I lost them permanently...

I would recommend screen recording your registration progress if you plan on playing on this site... But I suggest to maybe think twice before depositing on this casino anyways they are pretty sketchy and now that I read other reviews it starts to make more sense...

Let's start: 1. send a picture of your passport and bank statement with your full name and address. -> Allright, but my address won't be shown anywhere, because my banking is online, nothing comes by mail.
2. Send a government issued document showing your full name and address -> Sent my new income tax document, even my ID-number is there.
3. Send us a copy of a deposit to Rizk -> Done, sent two.
4. Send a bank statement showing your full name, address, account number -> Still can't magically put my address on the statement, my banking is online, nothing comes by mail.
5. Send a picture of your Rizk account with your name clearly visible. Send it via your Rizk account and by e-mail -> Done.
6. Send a bank statement showing your full name, address, account number -> Still can't magically put my address on the statement, my banking is online, nothing comes by mail.
7. Send a picture of your bank statement so, that the bank URL is visible. A deposit to Rizk must be on the same picture -> Done.
8. Send us a bank statement showing ALL your deposits to Rizk. Off course your FULL ADDRESS must be on it -> 81 deposits via Euteller. Three other casinos I use, have Euteller too. So now I have to pick reference numbers from my Rizk account and go through hundreds of deposits?!?!?!?!?.

I read the reviews and thought I’d give these guys the benefit of the doubt but actually it appears that I’ve had the same experience as the majority. Firstly you can only deposit £100 at a time which is odd. You’re then told you have 48 hours to upload verification documents. (I did this straight away and it said I was approved). HOWEVER, the second I deposited £300 there seemed to be issues why I don’t know. However I managed to win £1500+. Then all of a sudden the verification team came swarming in asking for bank statements etc, again semi standard but their terms and conditions stated that I had 48 hours to send otherwise be account would be restricted. Then I had deposit limits (which I didn’t hit but was still prevented from depositing) and then asked to provide proof of where my money came from and additional bank statements. I did this and all of a sudden I can’t use my account despite being compliant. Avoid there are better operators and they’re not helpful

i deposited 20eur and went to play garga i won 100eur i tried to take 90 eur out to my bank acount and i was exited after that i went to play trolli hunter 2 i won 300 eur and after that i looked my bank and the withdraw hasnt come in i went to sleep and in the morning i cheked my balance and the 90 eur witdraw dident go trough so i tried again after a week i still hadnt gotten my money out and they didnt even ask my id or nothing and they just didnt let my withdraw go through so after all i didnt get my withdraw and i was forced to play my money and i lost it all i didnt get even my own 20 eur out relly bad casino dont play they are a big scam casino and wont give your money back if u win

I made 3 withdrawals within 2 days & one never appeared in my account. I queried after giving it a few weeks, and after withdrawing twice more with no problem. I was asked for copies of my bank statements from the withdrawal date. Sent them reluctantly. Got generic responses emailed back. Queried what's going on after a few days & they wanted my statements again but including current days transactions too. Would've gone on for eternity. Never got a straight answer.. Or my money. Told them to shove it. Don't trust them

I must say Rizk was one of the old school casinos thats been around for awhile . They have their good and bad times. I don’t think it concerns them on how much your level is or how they lag quite a bit or dont pay out as much . Everybody will always have a different experience.

We’ve all had crazy wins n loses here and i believe Rizk should take comments and reviews more into consideration because in the end of the day .. the engagement , experience and realistic bonuses makes it fun for everyone.

So in my opinion bringing back certain promotions and freebies would be a great tiny suggestion to consider if ever.. and would not suggest certain anger issues towards customer service help or saying how they take your money etc . There are thousands of casinos online and allot win and lose as well. One thing you should know is that rizk actually pays out way more faster than most when it comes to withdrawals☺️

I was using the site, as per usual. Nothing unusual was going on. Then I got this message (after placing a bet on the blackjack table) I got an error saying “please refresh the page” so I did so, as instructed. The site took my money and no hand was delt to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this site. I contacted support but in order to get this money back I would have to get their technical team to have a look at the issue. Honestly, I couldn’t be bothered with the whole process. I’ll never use this site again.
