Honestly, simply disappointing. I didn't have high expectations, but the hosting quality, support and sheer number of problems. They're going for the volume play, with no foundation. I've used others that were 100 times better. If you like spending more time troubleshooting or fixing hosting issues over running a business, go for it.

The WHC.com Billing representative, Hadil, who helped me with (client domain transfer prohibited) removal on my USA registrant's account website was professionally courteous and very understanding regarding my request for a transfer of 3 domains from another registrant. She walked me step-by-step on how to get the unlock domain codes I need to complete the issue to my best advantage and savings.

I wanted to transfert to a Canadian hosting and it's the worst experience I ever got with hosting. It take more than 1 weeks to do it and they aren't able to sync my mails during my work time (8 hours). When the sync is done, it's late and need to redo it the next day because we miss mails. It takes hours to talk to someone and get an actual answer. They even sync the website without asking me if I was ready so we needed to do a second time. Worst migration service and worst support, I have nothing positive to say unless I dont give money to an american company.

There is no way the positive reviews of this company are legitimate. They have unreachable support, their live chat is a chat bot. When you finally reach someone they are impossible to deal with, provide no information and transfer you to all different levels of support until they disconnect you. This is all before actually needing their help in an emergency. Look elsewhere.

The support team’s quick response to requests and professional demeanor in all situations leave you smiling and feeling grateful.

This company have horrible practices for the renewals of the services they will charge you automatically that too 5 days before the renewal. Moreover, without your explicit consent they will save your credit card details. I would suggest not use their services ever if you value your money. There customer service response are not helpful at all, they just try to move you from one department to another
Edit: I did receive the refund, but only after raising multiple tickets and repeatedly asking questions that should’ve been answered upfront. It felt like key information was being deliberately obscured by using vague terms like “if eligible.”
Instead of providing generic responses, support replies should be tailored to address the specific concerns and needs of the customer. That’s a major piece of feedback from me. The lack of clarity and being directed to check with different departments were the main reasons for my review and rating.

My experience with Jerry has been incredibly frustrating. Despite clearly outlining my request from the beginning, he intentionally ignored it in every single email, repeatedly redirecting me toward a more expensive service I explicitly said I didn’t need.
This dragged out what should’ve been a simple account consolidation for over three weeks, forcing me to keep 5 hosting plans on monthly contracts longer than necessary — and ultimately renew one of them for a full year just to maintain service. I’ve never had a support request take more than 24–48 hours with WHC, until now.
This is the kind of service that genuinely makes you consider moving hosts — something I never would’ve imagined saying before this. But after this experience, I’ve started looking.
