Bought as a Christmas gift for my mom as she is a big fan of BTS! Satisfied and super excited for her to open it on Christmas!!! I was starting to worry that it wouldn’t get here on time after seeing all the bad reviews of people’s stuff not being shipped out. But luckily after about two weeks I received my item. Rough estimate of how it went: ordered on the 7th, shipped on the 15th, and received on the 23rd. I would say shipping is a bit on the high end though and my package did come slightly dented on one side hopefully that doesn’t affect the product. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I had ordered some BTS lyric books back in July 2020. Come Oct 2020, I find out they had been sent and returned to Korea. Now trying to get a refund for the last 60 days and they still have not paid me back. They made their app so difficult to contacting for any kind of communication and when they said they would refund international transactions within 30 days...they LIED, it is now end of Dec 2020. I will be contacting VISA to report them for fraud.
Who would have thought a company linked to (stock market listed) Big Hit Entertainment would be so fraudulent. Goes to show how corrupt these companies are in Korea.

I really love all my BTS items I’ve received. They are packaged with care. You can tell it’s great quality. I am a Canadian customer willing to pay for these quality items but I’ll have to agree shipping is a bit much plus duties on top of it. And their customer service really do not answer your questions directly. Other Than that they provide top quality BTS items.
trustworthy, but shipping price is too much
To be honest the shipping price is ridiculous, if I want to buy a £10 merch I have to pay £28-36 for the shipping and then another £25 for customs! I love BTS with my whole heart but their company should really do something about their shipping price. Other than that the packages are obviously 100% official and come in great condition.

Worst shopping experience ever! Non-intuitive user experience, unclear which products can be bundled or delivered together, and many cannot. You might order 3 separate products and pay 3 separate delivery fees. Expect to pay double the price of products.

I ordered my ARMY membership in March, it's December, and they still haven't shipped out the kit. As well as I ordered MOTS tour march in August and it's the same. The biggest problem is the customer service. They never answer to your questions. They have taken away from me to ask for 1:1 support, so I can't contact them anymore. Tried contacting them by email, they respond that they can't answer to my question and that I need to contact 1:1 support, what I can't do, and I replied them with that, but they still respond that I need to text 1:1 support. As well, the fact that I have seen people from my country getting their packages from them, but not me. Let's not even talk about the shipping price and the taxes. And you can't get a refund if the status shows "shipping soon',which is my case for months. (at this point they have 160EUROs, but I don't have either my packages or my money back)

I ordered my ARMY kit back in March and since they only ship the kits in bundles I had to wait for either one month or two months for it to be shipped. Of course, by then covid was at its peak in most countries and so I understood that shipping was going to be delayed. Then in July/August, my country was eligible for shipping again but there was no progress to be seen in my order. I eventually contacted Weverse to ask them about my order and I was told that they would look into it and ship it ASAP. However, my kit has had the status "shipping soon" for 2 months now. The worst part is that I didn't even order the army kit because I wanted the kit, but because I wanted the army membership to get presale tickets for the cancelled concert 💀. I also pre-ordered the BE album which would be shipped on the 20th according to the announcement, but so far it is also stuck on "shipping soon" and I'm hoping that it actually will ship soon. Other websites that sell kpop albums would've sent it already by now and also for a lower shipping fee. Weverse Shop really feels like a scam. It's overpriced with expensive shipping fees and you can't even order multiple things together. You have to buy everything separately which makes the shipping fee even higher. I'm also scared for the import taxes. I'm not going to order there again unless it's for online content like Soop...other than that I'm sticking to either ebay or websites like kpoptown
Waiting since 9 months for my order..
I ordered my army membership kit all the way back in April and still haven't got anything. I know things got a little messed up with the pandemic going on so i wanted to be patient and waited until August to contact them about the shipping state of my package, since until then under "my orders" it said "not shipped yet". The customer service only gave vage copy-pasted answers which didn't help me at all, but the status of my order changed to "shipping soon" so i thought maybe writing them did help. But now it's over two months since that happend and i still have no information about when my package will arrive. I contacted customer service again and they just told me to look out for the information on weply but the "newest" info i found was from July so yeah.. So if you're not into all that hassle don't order from them.
Untrackable parcel
I am extremely disappointed to this app. I have ordered Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition on the 17th of June and until now, I haven't received my order. I understand there are travel restrictions, there's pandemic going on but the thing is, they are not contacting me as to whether my item has been shipped, delayed or lost.
I have paid £200 and I am worried that I wasted my money.
When you access the app, you can view and track your order online. I have tried that multiple times, it will show you a tracking number but it doesn't exist. When you click to apply an inquiry to the courier, it is all in Korean language which I do not understand.
When contacting their customer service, they will only tell me that they will report my issue to the related department and that they cannot answer my concern. Inquiry completed.
I feel like I was fooled by this app, this company. My concern is not urgent becaise no one is attending my problem. I don't know what to do anymore because there's no way to contact and complain them but go through their customer service who doesn't know how to resolve my issue.
To all those planning to buy their items online, international shippers, please re-think about it. You don't want to wait in vain for six months for you expensive parcel. They're not helpful.
Great when it works, terrible customer service
I've purchased a number of items (online concert tickets, album preorder, merch and online content). Would have given 5 stars as they were all easy purchases and worked/arrived with no problem. But then one order didn't arrive as expected in late July (through Youshop as the global store isn't shipping to NZ). It turns out their customer service is a nightmare. They only allow 300 character queries, no email option, and as soon as they respond they close off the query. This means when your problem isn't fixed you have to start a new query and no one seems to read the historical messages, so you get told the same thing again and again. On the one occasion they looked at a previous query they must have realised the advice was wrong so they changed the answer. As this is only kept on Weverse Shop I have no record of the original answer. I now take screenshots everytime, and still haven't found my goods that went missing, or been refunded. I have now applied for a refund through PayPal and it sounds likely they will be able to process the refund for me.

this service has so many issues it’s not even funny. the mere fact that delivery and import tax will cost you as much as the product, if not more, is absurd. I absolutely detest my experience, and feel ripped off and defeated. Would I do it again? Yes! Why? Simple! It’s the only place to get truly authentic official merch, membership, and stuff. I wish, oh I wish they’d get their affairs in order; create an actual international customer service department, used post office to mail, figured out the import fee. I will hope that will happen eventually, but until that day I will continue crying my eyes out and pulling my hair off every time I want to get a membership kit. After all I am but a rat following my Pied Piper and his enchanting melody. 😭
P.S: to be fair most of the complaints here are due to people not reading thoroughly all the information regarding the products they purchase. Granted the navigation of that information could be more user friendly, but in all fairness it’s all there if you read carefully.
Fair warning then, it’s important to go through FAQ about purchasing and all the small type info on the product page before finalizing the purchase.
P.P.S: FYI, there’s a customer service number anyone can call. So no need to wait for weeks for the message reply.
No notice of need to verify concert ticket
Bought the One concert ticket for 10/10. Didn’t see that there was crucial step of ‘verifying’ the ticket nor received any link or prompting (to click on a link for a different website) the verification process. Only found out about it on Twitter, the day after the event. Tried the link (to get the delayed viewing) and was prompted to purchase a new ticket. In America this is called a scam and if it was a company here then I would file with the BBB to help prevent others from going through this scam.

Don’t buy tickets! I bought BTS concert ticket for 10/11/2020 and tried to return it. Sent three messages and concert day is coming in two days. And I still haven’t heard from Weverse shop! It feels like they are trying to avoid it so I won’t be able to return it! What a crappy customer service! I don’t recommend this company! Don’t buy stuff from this place!!!

Pre-orders
For the swedish guy who ordered learn Korean for his daughter,and anyone else who's confused, you need to make sure you go to announcements and look at shipping days. The learn korean doesn't ship until October 16 for me. So when you pre-order something remember that it's a pre-order and it's not on hand and ready. The product still has to be made based on how many people order it. And that's not just for weverse that's any website you pre-order from so make sure you pay attention to the sales timeframe and the actual shipping timeframe.Weverse is the official shop owned by bighit so it's not just a random shipping company

WARNING!!!!! My daughter ordered a book: „Learn korean with BTS”. We paid $ 115, made the order, and provided the address. The adress is Swedish and therefore contains special characters. It was not written that only English characters would be accepted. Neither before nor after. When we asked why the book wasn’t shipped out weeks later, it was written because the adress contains Swedish letters. We've fixed it. That happened A MONTH AGO! The book hasn’t been sent out since. No book, no money. We had to turn to the police. Don't order from this company, there are more reliable companies with the same stuff but cheaper. Beware of scammers!
