It's stupid, BTS are a WORLD WIDE band, yet weverse still only has 3 currencies and U.S, S.Korean and global, like what is the point in the global part if you cant buy stuff, it's so bias towards Americans, S.Koreans and Japanese people. What about the UK fans? What about the Indian fans? What about the other countries? It shocking, I bought an album from HMV when they have kpop merch in ther and it came with a QR code but I can't use it!!
UK army's, moas, engins, buddy's ect, don't get anything, I live down in Cornwall so there is not other shop that has kpop merch so when hmv ddidthey should out very quickly and they don't have much any more, just a shelf. UK we should start a patition to bring back UK buys and sort this stuff out seeing as weverse won't, and won't even give us a valid reason as to why!
WeVerse Customer Service is Awful and Shipping Costs are too High
WeVerse’s customer service is atrocious. There’s no number or email for customer service only their 1-on-1 chat service which you have 500 characters and three pictures per inquiry to use. Once they reply they close out the ticket and you have to open a new one to respond. Navigating their customer service section is a nightmare as well. The FAQ section is bare minimum and the search function doesn’t work properly. Getting to the option just to write an inquiry is a maze. Their response time is inconsistent and god forbid you have more than one inquiry because once you’ve clicked back out of their response it sends you back to the customer service homepage.
Good luck finding information in their FAQ because if you do something wrong they’ll either point you in the direction of the supposed answer in that section you were supposed to find or to UPS’s website as if you were supposed to hunt down the information there as the customer. The whole validating address system is a complete joke. They didn’t tell me my item was stuck for an address issue until I reached out to them. After constant back and forth over the original address which does come back validated but because it can’t be inputted they wouldn’t send it as they can’t guarantee it would reach me. I give them another address which unfortunately had a typo and also doesn’t come back validated but they released my package anyway and now it’s being returned to sender. I caught the mistake while it was still in shipping soon phase and brought it up. They lied to me saying the address was validated and nothing could be done. I sent them proof that the address wasn’t validated and was given no reason as to why they released it. So now I’ll be responsible for their ridiculous shipping costs even if I request a refund or have to pay again to have the item shipped out when they originally wouldn’t release it for an address that they claimed couldn’t be validated even as I sent them screenshots. WeVerse please fix your shipping issues and customer service system. The amount of negative reviews even issues coming from Korea is ridiculous.
Biased towards American and Korean fans
They stopped shipping to the u.k all of a sudden. I’m not sure if they even shipped to the u.k in the first place but this app/website is terrible. The shipping is so expensive. Most of the time it’s more expensive than the product I’m buying. I feel like Big Hit or Hybe ,whatever their company is called, is very much biased towards their Korean and American fans and never think about other international fans like us British fans. American armys get a line friend store where you can buy bt21 merch. Korean fans get cheap albums and fan signs. And what do British fans get? A two week pop up shop? We don’t really get much and people wonder why I’m starting to loose interest in bts. We never get anything exciting as a British Stan. Even if we get bt21 merch shops, they are always so expensive because of the shipping. I feel like their company should get us a line friend store as well that sells cheaper merch.

Don't even bother with Weverse Shop. Like many others have said, numerous issues from abysmal customer service to outrageous shipping prices (plus customs!) plague this e-shop like the Black Death and puts me and many others off it from ever buying anything from this store!
They refuse to take accountability for their customer's orders and only cater to their Korean fans.
I seriously don't understand how, with over two years experience of running this app, that they still can't provide adequate service.
There are much better kpop websites that help and provide adequate service to us, the fans.
Seriously, just don't bother with this app if you're not based in Korea.

There are so many things wrong in this one. I think they should review all they shopping policy and stuff cause they just don't work.

When they ship they don't even warn you. They don't warn you for anything. they just take the money and then "we'll see"
I got the Army kit and they said "this kit may take 365 days to be shipped".
Does it make sense to you? considering the order history gets cancelled after a year? What if I don't receive it in a year? How do I even complain if the order gets cancelled?
If they improve their site then maybe I'm gonna leave a better review, but as for now, this is what I think.

I’ve ordered the Bts Festa Calendar end of may at 38$. The shipping fees were already so expensive something like 40$ to France. Then today DHL are telling me I have to pay more 30€ (37$) to ship from Korea. What the hell is this where are going the 40$ shipping fees from the order if not to the 37$ of DHL..

Very expensive, Army Bomb always unavailable
Never bought anything because the crazy shipment cost. Its more expensive than the item itself, like 38 euro for Italy. Before ordering, mind that you could also have to pay the custom, so be sure about it before order something.
Reading all the reviews i would be very worried to buy anything.
The prices of the clothing are really expensive, the Army Bomb is never available and you could buy it only if you have the membership.

I have similar experience to what you all have written on here. Over a month of email exchange in regards to missing item on my last order and what I get is two replies “forwarded to a relevant department” (that was sent over a month ago and is sent back to me every time I contact them) or they say they experience a high volume of queries. This kind of replies could’ve as well be done by an automated response kind of thing, a computer or a robot. I believe a month is enough for an issue to be resolved or at least have some kind of update from this “relevant department” which from my thinking looks like don’t really exist. How can they escalate it and after a month have no update what’s so ever? Even if you don’t have a decision/ resolution/ answer for the issue raised at least some update should be given, over a month something should been happening with the “ticket”. I am very fed up with how they work or their customer services or rather lack of the service as you can’t really call it customer services. I’ve explained multiple times the issue, provided my evidence and nothing is happening. I’ve also asked multiple times for them to ask about any updates from the “relevant department” and an address/platform where I can officially complain about this matter as I am unhappy with their service, both of the questions are always ignored, if the email is longer - my opinion they don’t even bother to fully read it and just reply with the usual “high volume of queries”. I’ve paid my money cause I have trusted their platform, they have received the funds but I have never received the product I have paid for neither any kind of support from their “customer services”. Like friend on here just right below me, don’t trust them unless you’re ready loose your money ... I’ve seen articles about the Weverse shop receiving complaints so it looks like the issue have been going on for while and yet nothing was done in the matter. I have been ordered a some albums in January and it is already April now. The status is still SHIPPING SOON. I have contacted them for many many times and every time they give me a useless answer. I am just so disappointed about that. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Terrible customer service, had a problem with customs that was their fault because they sent the wrong invoice, been trying for months to get em to fix this but they just keep answering nonsense and things i already know and mentioned in previous emails, just a pain to contact, don't recommend.

I pre-ordered the BE Essential Album in early February along with some other products. DHL contacted me beginning of March about my parcel being returned due to issues with the customs. It apparently never arrived in Germany. However, only four days later, I received both my orders. It took the items roughly four weeks from when I ordered them to actually arriving in Germany. The customer service was actually helpful too, unlike described in other reviews. I would buy from again.
They do not ship to India
They do not ship to India! Kpop fandom in India is growing pretty much everyday. The only reason i use this app is to see whats on store and simply get out. I so want weverse to recognise Indian Fans.

I ordered the army membership back in 2019, its been over 2 years and i still haven't received my order or a refund. I've contacted their terrible customer service so many times and kept getting back the same answer. i've even had to pay for the shipping twice (which cost almost as much as the damn membership itself) and received nothing, i can't even contact them anymore because they changed their customer service to a chat bot that they haven't even programmed to reply to anything other than how to use the app or return items. At this point I've just completely giving up even if i could contact them the only answer i'd get is some bs about them not being able to ship because of covid (which is bs i've received multiple packages from korea during this period and the ban has been lifted a long time ago in my country) or that they'll be sending it out soon, it's been 2 years i don't think they understand the meaning of soon. awful shop, don't buy from them, they're overpriced as hell too.

i’ve ordered the dream chapter eternity set all the way back in august 2020 and it’s now march and i just got the email saying that it’s shipped but when i go onto the website it says they don’t ship to my country (uk) so i don’t know if i should be happy or sad plus the fact that i’ve paid $60+ and the shipping was more that both albums combined and when i ask for a refund they say they don’t give refunds so i’m just praying it comes!
