This site is awful

This site is awful. It doesn't ship to the uk when every other company jn korea does, but also will let me buy the membership kit but nuthing else. What's the difference? So when it is products that are only sold on weverse, I feel very left out. So if you live in the uk. Dont even bother downloading and order from another site. It's not worth it

Why.

I've ordered Dimension: Dilemma Pre-Order Albums. It took so long to arrive and a lot of the albums were still missing. Some POB's were failed to ship and many albums came in damaged and broken.

When the order gets stuck at customs they are a nightmare to work with. The customer service is 0/10 and does not help you whatsoever. My order said shipping soon for almost 3 months and my orders were "abandoned" at UPS since reverse will not coordinate with us at all.

I've been trying to contact them for a refund, but they have yet to give us a direct answer. It's a waste of time to order albums if you are outside Korea. The return and refund is bs and the packaging of the albums were very poor.

They won't respond to any of my emails. I just want to get reimbursed since I won't be able to receive my order as per UPS, I at least deserve a refund.

They are a nightmare to work with. If you wish to order from reverse, order from kr to kr address instead. They don't care about your orders if you are situated outside the bounds of Korea and will never bother to make sure that you will get what you pay for.

shipping timings and shipping fees…

shipping timings and shipping fees could definitely be improved but i guess it is understandable in some form due to the pandemic. i do think that the shipping fees are somewhat drastic compared to the USA pricing haha

Weverse shop took without my consent…

Weverse shop took without my consent 600$ from my bank account to which they should not have access! I am trying to ask them my money back and they are only saying please contact paypal. The many emails in which I explain that there is no sign of withdrawal from paypal and that there is something wrong with that withdrawal are getting ignored. Please always use a prepaid account with paypal and weverse, and be very careful with your bank accounts. I never gave them acess to my savings and yet they took the money from there! Not only do they sell low quality merch to poor army they also steal money from us. Please be very careful! Best option would be to never buy from weverse but buy through an GOM. Very sad that my army experience gets tainted by such a website. I am still waiting for them to solve my issue but it doesn´t look like they will ever give me back the money they stole so I am trying to alert other army. Please be very careful with your accounts you give access to paypal and weverse! Do your best to protect your money from being stolen!

I’ve bought several things at Weverse…

I’ve bought several things at Weverse and they all arrived well.. except for that I received today an order and I promise that the photocard inside was fake. Promise. I thought that couldn’t happen. Has that happened to someone else too?

BTS fans deserve better

I ordered the army kit in august 2020 and they still have not shipped it over a year later.

I ordered the memories of 2019 and they wrote the incorrect postcode so it got returned, took them 6 months to refund and only refunded when I contacted PayPal

They consistently overcharge their customers may shipping , way more than the shipping actually costs.

They also lie About the status of your order. Awful company

How long shipping will take (a guide)

Ive ordered from the Weverse shop multiple times with varying results. From a couple years experience here’s what I’d say to expect:
Albums/always present merch— really fast
New merch/limited edition— a couple months (I’m pretty sure a lot of that stuff is technically on preorder and not produced when you order it)
Fanclub kits— really depends on when you order and where you’re from but half a year is a safe bet (for the kits there’s a production and shipping order going country by country for preorders then once all of those are sent out they move to order by order)

Most of the time I order from the US shop though I’ve also ordered from the global one. Shipping is really expensive however I presume it’s because it’s tracked and fast (once it actually ships). I wish they had more shipping options because the fees do get really high especially for those living outside America.

I think when it comes to the items on the shop themselves, they’re often overpriced. I rarely buy anything from the shop other than the basics these days because the prices + shipping are way too much. $50 for a short sleeve shirt? $40 for a wallet??? Ive even noticed the album prices have increased over the years.

Thieves

Thieves. Put 5 items in my cart , 170$.
When I went to check out, it said shipping fee was 90$
Literally more than half the value of the products!
Are we actually kidding? These mfs are not having my fu****g money
They just lost another customer!

It doesn't help they don't ship to the uk im an army from the UK so I've had to do my searching to order the albums and luckily I've found one that I've been using for years its would be good if you could add thr UK and many more places to your list of where you ship too !

Why weverse why?

I ordered the BTS army membership kit, when mine arrived the light to the booklamp was not working, I emailed them and they said to show pictures of it so I did, then they wanted a video which I sent, then it was always excuse after excuse, I still have a light that does not work, I only wanted a replacement light not the whole kit just the light
UK fans are as always missing out, weverse still does not ship to the UK, the shipping prices are extortionate and they take their sweet ass time.....it is awful being a UK fan it is not fair at all, we always lose out every time...yet there is a huge huge UK fanbase!!! Cone on weverse sort it out will ya

Waiting for over 2 years for my order

Waiting for my army kit for over 2 years now and they can't even tell me a date when I can expect it. I paid twice for shipment (they said, I hadn't fetch it at customs but you could see in the tracking it wasn't even nearby) and now I create a inquiry every month but all they do is ask to wait. I don't think one of those made any effort in trying to solve this. Some even told me I have to pay again for shipment. I don't think I get my kit... So I waste a lot of money

STILL waiting on refund from items ordered in 2019.

Ordered goods back in July 2019. One item was apparently out of stock so received a refund for that item in September 2019. Up until January 2021 I was still being told that the goods were going to ship but due to COVID, items weren't allowed to ship. Then suddenly at the end of January I was told that I had been refunded for all the goods (I hadn't - only the out of stock item). I am still trying to get my refund to this day, they've told me 4 times that they've processed the refund for nothing to show up in my PayPal.

Do not shop from Weverse & definitely try to get the goods elsewhere. It's just now worth the hassle with their customer service if it goes wrong.

WHEN Is WEVERSE going to start shipping to the UK again

I’m really sad because the last time I was able to order something from this app was in October 2020 when I order the BTS album BE deluxe Edition it is already July 2021 and it still say cannot be shipped to you country and it also say it can’t be shipped to your default address and to check my shipping address I really hope that can start shipping to the UK again because when I go to the app to check what new MERCH is out a couple of day after the new merch has soled OUT .

Don't send your order

Ordered "Concept book Map of the soul ONE" 22/04/2021 in the 1st pre-order.
Today is 19/07/2021 and my order hasn't been sent yet. My friends who ordered the same time already got Concept books.
I wrote to the Customer support service 17/06/2021. All they say to me every time in response is "Your inqury is escalated to the relevant department". I've been waiting for the answer when my order will be shipped for the whole month! Once they gave me non-exist track number, but my order still has status "Shipping soon". Looks like they don't interested in ino-fans.
If you're not Korean - don't shop there.

Just because weverse shop can’t ship to…

Just because weverse shop can’t ship to your country doesn’t mean that you need to lose interest in stanning BTS. BTS did nothing wrong with that, they weren’t involved so why are you losing interested in them? There’s plenty of other apps that sell albums and you’re taking it out on Weverse for some reason. I understand they can’t ship to your country, COVID-19 is still at stake, it could be the 1st reason why. They can’t ship to my country due to COVID, so what I do is I make an address in America and let it ship there then it can ship to my country. Pretty easy to me, usually my mom weren’t okay with the price but it’s very cheaper to use the USA one. They always have a reason why they couldn’t ship in certain country and why the shipping cost is high. Just remember there’s plenty of other apps to buy albums from.
