A great selection of panels to choose from and as it turns out a 1 stop bathroom shop. Excellent staff, knowledgable and friendly. David took time to answer all my questions and has been really helpful with advice and suggestions. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently bought wall panels and flooring from the Hillington store. The service from David was excellent and I was guided through my choices very professionally. Very impressed.

The staff at Hillington are amazing. So helpful and friendly. We ordered flooring for 3 rooms, wet wall and wet room fittings including toilet, basin, shower tray and screen and fittings. The advice given was excellent and helped to make our choices much easier. Unfortunately, due to rogue builders we had major issues with the wet room extension we had built but they helped us with replacement items, giving every discount they could to help us with the situation we were in. I had to pop back in on regular occasions and every time they could not be more friendly or helpful. Whenever I had to phone, they immediately knew who I was and were able to help out over the phone as well. Delivery for any of the items was easily arranged to suit myself and they even dropped something off to me themselves just to help out. I have been delighted with all of the products we have purchased and they have been happy to refund returns of unused items that we did not need. I would highly recommend this company and David and Andrew (who sadly no longer works there as he is pursuing another career now) were just wonderful. They helped us get through what was an exceptionally challenging time for us, which was ongoing for about a year, and I am so grateful to them.

So very disappointed with this company. I found some bathroom flooring and my fitter ordered it. Was informed it would be delivered in a few days. The date for delivery came and went. Fitter called the and they said a few more days, then it changed to following week. Fitter tried to cancel but WWW said he could not do that. Then another call same saying, it had never been ordered as it was out of stock. They did promise to refund immediately, but as I was about to order some wall boards, I changed my mind so the company lost quite a bit of money. They show good products but don’t seem to know what is in stock or not. I quickly found other products. Would never buy from them again. Value Flooring just in case WWW say they have no record of order. No I will not amend my initial review. You took the money for out of stock goods and then made out it was going to be delivered. If it had been delivered it would have been ten working days. I have read all the texts from WWW that my fitter had so I know it is true. Good job I looked on TP. The reviews for shower panels are dreadful. Thankful I did not order from you. As always complaints handled well gives customers a chance to think again about buying. Certainly would never buy from this company.calling a customer a liar does you no favours.

Took a week for samples to be dispatched but pleased with them when they came.

We needed a specific wet wall board and fast - Wet Wall Works found it and delivered almost next day.

Superb after care services, every email and query was dealt with fast and effective.

Will definitely use again.

Went to Hillington shop after a long search for the right style for my bathroom makeover.

Pricewise it's excellent value for high quality products.

The staff were excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient even after I repeatedly phoned for extra supplies with daft lassie questions. They talked me through everything I didn't understand.

Deliveries were quick and efficient, I didn't hear the drivers at the door but they phoned both times to ensure delivery could take place. Even helped me inspect things to ensure everything was present and correct.

David and Ross at the Hillington shop deserved lots of praise for helping me out. I had already received my order and fitting was underway when there was a mishap with my existing toilet. The boys quickly checked my previous order and got me a matching toilet and unit delivered within a couple of days. Ross even checked the fittings to ensure the flush matched my chosen taps. So everything coordinates. I would have been too stressed to consider that wee detail, so a huge thanks to the team.

Then I had an issue with trims, the ones supplied didn't suit my joiner's new plan, plus I needed an extra couple of boards. David and Ross were happy to exchange the trims without any issues and provided additional supplies straight from the shop.

They are just the best.

Very welcoming and friendly even after I changed my order a couple of times, the guys happily accommodated ! We had a great experience with this company in Hillington. Friendly,knowledgeable staff and the best range of products we could find. We liked the fact that we were never put under any pressure to buy. The product looks amazing in our bathroom. Excellent experience all round.

My partner and I came in several weeks ago and placed an order, after poor service and experience with a neighbouring wall panel company. Excellent customer service and received our order later the same week. Thank you!

Products are amazing and can't fault them even though they are more pricey than their competitors. It is the speed of shipping that is awful. I needed to order an extra board for the bathroom as the builder miscalculated what was needed. Ordered on 17th May. Had email today (31st May) to say it was now partially shipped whatever that means. Original order was just the same. Took weeks. Not nearly good enough in 2022. Can't even pay extra for fast shipping.

I’ve left my original review below to show how much I’d valued WetWallsWorks. Their online manager even thanked me for it. Then my joiner realised that we needed another pack of ceiling boards (my fault entirely) and this is now day 4 since their ‘promise’ of delivery.

You know that thing when people suddenly go AWOL after they’ve promised a call back repeatedly, leaving you chasing them? Phones ‘run out of juice’ and drivers can’t be contacted after they’ve left the depot, but ‘yes, we’re sure he will be there by 9pm’ as promised, despite Scotland playing a vital world cup qualifier? That!

Had the online manager been honest, I could have bought elsewhere before the guys started the ceiling, and bought elsewhere, locally on the same day, but they weren’t, and I now have a 2/3rds finished bathroom ceiling, where nothing can be siliconed or therefore used until they deliver - after the Jubilee weekend - and after my joiner has moved on to another job; not only meaning extra cost as well as the difficulty of a disabled person being left without the accessible shower they need.

Their disinterest or inability to solve this, or even inform me of

1. Why my order was not delivered
2. Where my order is now
3. When it will be delivered

has been beyond astounding.

I’ve spent well over £3000 with WetWallWorks, in the last year, and really valued both products and service, but this week their communication and lack of care has been appalling, and their service has let me down badly as a disabled person.

Then, the petty, childish antics of an
‘online manager’ first refuses to escalate my complaint, claiming ‘he is the manager’ and instead cancels and refunds your order, leaving me completely without the means to complete the job.

I have gone from a ‘valued repeat customer’ and advocate of this business, who has spent over £3000 in the last year, to one who is utterly disgusted in less than four days.
That’s some going Rupert. Well done! Your customer service skills have reached a new low in my life experience.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Wet Wall Works during a bathroom/shower room renovation at my home, and I can’t praise their staff or service highly enough.

The first time, I ordered and took delivery in advance, being the control freak type, and planned it to the n’th degree. I was still anxious as there were complexities to the order and it was a lot of money for me. I needn’t have been. From ordering to delivery, they were spot on; even ensuring the boards were laid somewhere that wouldn’t affect my wheelchair, should I need it.

The 2nd time, our en-suite, was even more complex! The main contractor suggested I get the order delivered after we left for holiday, and just as the job started, so I discussed this with the guys in Greenock, who were brilliant, assuring me of a day of delivery. I had three different orders, after adding to the work, and was freakishly nervous that something would be missing! What if they didn’t turn up… etc. We had a tight timeframe and the knock on effect from this room was huge.

They were brilliant. Again, they delivered every single item, 19 pieces of 5 different products in total, exactly when they said they would. Our joiner and main contractor usually deals with a company in Edinburgh who make a similar product, even asked for their details for future work. He said ‘he’s never had service like this!’

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wet Wall Works to anyone. They went above and beyond to reassure me, understood my complex needs and did everything they committed to, in perfect timing, including free, named day delivery!

I’m hoping I don’t have to do a bathroom for a while, but if we decide to move, I will be back, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for wet walls.

I absolutely love this company. Dealing with Rupert and Gary has been an absolute joy. I am extremely happy with the goods I have received and I am due to order something else shortly. Their customer service is amazing . I will 100% recommend them for shower panels and trims etc. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

From the first call i made i was bowled over by the service I was provided. Rupert, said he would whatsapp me photos of 6 different flooring products I was interested in ( as on computer screens they don't always show as 'true') And within minutes he had gone into the warehouse and taken the photos. I placed the order, and was told they would be with me the next day. At 21.45 the next evening my phone rang and it was the drivers, still out from Scotland delivering throughout the country. They were polite, answered my messages and when our ring doorbell failed to alert us, sensibly left the package in our bin store and texted to tell us it was there. This company has giving me exceptional customer service, and i wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Our plumber was also so impressed with the service and quality of the flooring, he has already recommended them to a client. Well Done Rupert and Team. If only all customer service was like this!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Obyle owner of wet walls and ceilings for his actions in solving the dispute I had with the company he alleviated all problems I had with the company amicably Mr Oboyle was not aware of the problem I had with the company over an extended period but once aware dealt with problem swiftly and for this I thank him genuinely sincerely I thank you for solving the mix up my wife and myself are grateful to the owner of Wet Walls and Ceilings Mr Oboyle

Excellent service. Friendly staff who took time to show me wet walls and ceiling panels. Helped with sizing and the whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. My new bathroom looks amazing and the wet wall I chose is great quality. I would definitely use Wet Wall Works again and highly recommend.

Just had some renovation work done to create our new shower room. Alister from the Greenock store was very helpful when we were deciding on furniture, shower etc and Liam (with James) did a great job in stripping out the old and fitting the new. We are really delighted with the customer service we got. Thank you Alister, Liam & James.

Needed wetwall asap David from the Hillington shop, got it sorted and delivered to me the next day
Wetwall panels are far superior to the ones that were replaced, I opted for the Carrera Blanco gloss marble panels they are modern and look fabulous
First class professional and friendly service will definitely be recommending them

The guys in the Hillington store were a fantastic help from start to finish. Even advising on best practice for install. I also changed my design halfway through and ended up with some unopened boxes I was able to return for a full refund. Will defo go back and have recommended to friends and family already.
