It's a pity that you don't treat plumbing and heating merchants with the same respect that you treat your direct customers to. You would get better service and prices.

You have got an awful name for yourself within the plumbing and heating trade but in fairness to you this is a good sounding place to advertise your company and give fair reviews to prospective customers.

Excellent service from Tom, Will and his team. Have used Wet n Warm for several jobs at my property I’m very happy with the work carried out on each visit! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

These guys ensured we were were with heating and hot water for Christmas. Came out 3 times over 3 days up to Christmas Eve to sort it. Tom an Keeley were brilliant. Thankyou.

Called this company...which we have used in the past..when our boiler broke down...no heating or hot water. Within hours Andy arrived to look at it. This lovely, friendly and efficient young man found the problem and fixed it!
I cannot praise this company highly enough, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Wet n warm were the plumbers contracted to complete the plumbing on our extension. They moved the boiler which then did not work. They charged us £250 extra for what they said was a faulty part. However the boiler had worked absolutely fine beforehand. They obviously did no testing as the first time we tried to use it, it did not work. There was a significant leak through the kitchen ceiling which they kept telling us was nothing to do with them. We have a toilet that fills with warm water and keeps running. We had a pipe that fed to nothing in the kitchen. Had it not have been picked up by another plumber it would have ruined our kitchen units and floors. Theyve drilled holes into brand new tiles as they tried to mount brackets in the wrong place. The bath leaked the first time we used it and still does. Everything they have touched in this house has been a botch job.

Called them for a boiler breakdown in the morning, attended that afternoon and had the part on the van. The engineer James was very professional and efficient and the text communication was brilliant.

Wet N Warm are fast, effective and always get the Job done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.
