The demonstration of the bath lift was arranged and carried out very expertly and it was helpful to see it in action and try it out. The supply and fitting of the bathlift happened very quickly after that; no long waiting period. The fitters Stuart and Regan were experts. They assembled and fitted it within the hour and explained about charging the battery and using the bath lift. They were very pleasant and left everyhting clean and tidy afterwards. We would recommend using this company and we are very pleased with the product.

A bath lift is a big expense and we weren’t sure if my father would manage. I went with Easy2bathe because of all the quotes and visits I had they were the only company to bring a replica for my father to try out. They actually assessed him to see if he could manage rather than waving a brochure and going for the hard sell to a captive market. It was fitted within 2weeks. The men that came to fit it were as professional and client focused. They phoned to give a time of arrival so I could be there. The job was done efficiently, neatly and they tidied up afterwards although there was minimal mess. Ian went through all the instructions slowly and clearly, demonstrated all aspects and made sure my father was happy. Compared to the other products we looked at, this was slightly more expensive but we got 20% off in the sale. I feel that the quality of the product, the pre service, installation and post service was exceptional - making it good value. It was encouraging to have such a personable, professional service. Thank you.
