I love Westwing because the products are thoughtfully assembled and of the finest quality. I love the spices and food items and things I would find in the beautiful stores of Berlin, but in the pandemic, I shop online. Just LOOKING at your selection makes me happy. It's my favorite shopping website by far. I do wish my purchases arrived in a more timely fashion, though.

Hello Frank, thank you for your feedback. The order was not "simply" cancelled. The shipping company had tried in vain for four weeks to arrange an appointment with you. We have informed you before the cancellation that the forwarding agency has problems to reach you. Since no one could still be reached on the number you provided, the shipping company finally brought the sofa back to us. We would also have liked the order to be delivered.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, over promise, under deliver. Item initially promised in 13 weeks, took an additional 3 weeks. Look around, you can find the same or similar for cheaper as they are drop shipping (they don’t keep stock, when you order, they send from supplier).

Terrible Customer Service
The products are ok, but the customer service is terrible. Broken bed frame was delivered, but weeks and weeks later I'm still waiting for the replacement. New delivery was promised several times also with concrete dates, but this never happened. No urgency and actions taken at Westwing in order to get this sorted (e.g. put pressure on producer), just emails asking for patience. So be aware of that potential issue when you order!
