Quick and easy purchase, great stylish finds

Initially I have left a review with 2 stars, as we were not satisfied with product quality and it seemed assembly was not done properly which caused malfunction (see below). In the meantime, I have been contacted and there have been two replacements organized. It turned out that bed was not properly installed, this time different team came and quite a few things were done differently, we have been testing it for few days and all seems ok now. We are waiting for new sofa, as it has been established that mechanism is malfunctioning. Manuel and team have been supportive during process a lot.

Original issue:
I have bought several items from Westwing (both furniture and lights). All items quality is not worth the money paid. Cord-Sofa Melva: it is nice, firm and comfortable but just after two months you can tell that material will stretch soon and when you move you can hear the sound of mechanism. Polsterbett Dream mit Stauraum: we paid for installation and it was not installed well, the mattress was leaning just on hinges mechanism (used to lift it up), the headboard was not attached the same way as displayed on their website while moving a lot, there were scratches on hinges as they kept hitting sth and few other defects noticed. I complained about it, they have sent upholstery service to record and fix it, a person came and said they can not fix it completely. Few days later there is no response from WW or upholstery service and there is even worse sound from bed. I have sent them couple of emails asking to share what are the next steps and no response.

Update : My experience with Westwing has been quite disappointing. Communication has been tough and after weeks waiting for cushions that fit the couch they eventually replaced the whole couch as they had no idea when a replacement would come. The new couch is actually worse than the original. The pieces connect but are not stable. The cushions, again, are not the correct size for the couch. I requested that Westwing checked the product before they sent it and unsurprisingly they didn't. I'm not quite sure why the customer has to ask a company to check their products? Someone should be employed for this. I took off a day to wait for this delivery and the delivery men ended up waisting their time as when the product was unpacked the gentleman apologized to me when they put it together after seeing the quality. I would be happy for you to chat to them about this. I believe they took photos/videos as well.

All I want is for the product to look like the advertised / displayed item.

If you want to charge premium prices then please provide premium service. This isn't a Start Up.

A joke of a company.

Westwing offers diverse products and furniture prices of nice quality and excellent design on good prices. I like most of the things very much, and especially the interior design possibilities offered.

Amazing experience. Although the delivery wasn't as scheduled, the Customer Service reacted very fast and booked a new term in less than 2hrs.

The assembly was fast, but they made a small scratch on the bed inside structure (not too noticeable). Customer service made a refund for that and for the delivery delay within 3 days.

They have this pop-up that offers a €30 voucher to get your email address, and then as expected, the coupon only applies to special conditions. I was planning to purchase from them but eventually abandoned because I don't trust a company that applies dark patterns ot their website.

user friendly, although at one point I saw a message that the price of the chair has decreased by about 57% but then I couldn't manage to get to this price or add it to my cart.
