Gorgeous slippers, fantastic customer service
This the second pair of Shepherd Bella slippers I have purchased from Westmorland, as my mother wanted the same as mine. Supremely comfortable and warm slippers, that look stylish too. Impeccable customer service, I spoke to a very friendly person to check and see if they could dispatch the same day, and we received them in time. Highly recommend product and Westmorland.

It was so good to talk to a member of staff very promptly when I phoned to say I had ordered the wrong size of slipper. The lady was very helpful & I received the right size within one week of sending the wrong size back. I would definitely recommend Westmorland sheepskin.

I have ordered Shepherd Bella slippers and I was very worried they will not arrive in time to be given as a present. I rang the Westmorland shop and I am very grateful for the assistance with posting of the slippers. They made it on time!

Lovely gloves. I ordered the size according to the guide and they are perfect. They also arrived very promptly.
I had had similar gloves before but bought too small which proved to reduce the warmth. I like that these are black as I rarely wear coats that go with brown!
