I absolutely love shopping at Lifestory! Their carefully curated selection reflects impeccable taste! On top of that, their customer service is truly unparalleled. They have always been friendly, attentive, efficient and environmental.

I recently ordered a HAY bath robe, which is a Christmas present.
It arrived very promptly and was beautifully wrapped in nice tissue paper, didn’t want to spoil the tissue paper and shall just put a ribbon and a tag on it. I am certain the recipient will love it.

I was so pleased to be able to order the divine smelling Meraki Linen Dew Hand Wash 490ml. My last one I acquired in 2019, it’s lasted all this time, in my Ground Floor Cloakroom [W.C.] everyone who uses my cloakroom always remarks on the lovely fragrance of the hand soap. When it finally ran out, I panicked a bit, but was relieved to find Lifestory came to my rescue.
The product came with a truly speedy delivery and was very well packaged.
The absolute best part apart from the hand-wash itself, was the wonderful hand written note I received from Katy🤩 thanking me for my order congratulating me on my ‘great choice’ and expressing her similar love for Meraki soaps - what a fabulous way to interact with your customers, I really appreciated the sentiment behind the message thank you Lifestory, you’re definitely a cut above the rest 💗👏🏼
