Beautiful delivery presentation and all items were packaged with care and so the presentation wasn’t altered once I’d removed them from the packaging.
The winter defence kit is working wonders for my skin! I would usually consider myself to have good skin but after choosing the coconut I’ve realised that it was quite dry because now it feels really hydrated. I feel more refreshed on a morning and the oil is so soothing and has created a real glow making me look so much healthier and younger.
The brow pen and pencil were also almost a treat purchase that I’m now going to consider a necessity. One of those “I didn’t know what I didn’t know” items that because you hadn’t been exposed to it. Having thinner eyebrows makes it difficult to find the right sort of pens and pencils to make them fuller yet still look natural and I think these do the job perfectly.

Next day delivery, excellent packaging that's also eco friendly. Brow soap is great, got the cleanser too which is really soothing. The mist I'm not too sure on, but still using.

I was really looking forward to try tinted brow soap BUT it’s a total disaster as it creating “muddy patches” around your eyebrows and it’s really difficult to clean up after. It won’t give you a nice fluffy eyebrow you were dreaming of BUT a mess.

Packaging is nice and glam BUT product nowhere near the original one

I recently ordered soap brows, brow pen and the prep mist. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service. The soap is absolutely the best in the market. It holds my brows for the whole day. I’m also very happy with the brow pen. It gives my brow a very full natural look. I don’t think I can live without these amazing products. This was my second purchase from this company. This time I went for the brow pen.. this is an amazing product, with great pigmentation and nice feathery strokes!! I went for brew which at first looked darker than my natural hair (I’m a brunette) however when I applied it, after having used the WBCo brow wax, the result was BEYOND ANY IMAGINATION! The pen is so handy and easy to use, and it can’t be compared to anything similar I have used so far. I would most definitely recommend this pen and this brand all together r! Customer service is a plus, so friendly and yet professionals, eager to help, like really really genuinely help their customers!!
Can’t wait to try more of their products in the future! I’m glad they are growing and they offer us more products every year!

After 3 weeks NOTHING.

Quickly becoming new fav brand. Packaging is amazing and the products are even better.

I love the Brow Powder and brush i purchased. It is very good quality and the colour is perfect as ive been looking for a lighter brow colour for 12 months and have been unable to find what I've been looking for. Arrived swiftly and packaged really well too.

Soap brows is my new favourite product for my boy brows, I love it so much along with the watermelon spray which smells so good. I wouldn’t use anything else now! My go to for perfect brows

The worst website I have been ordered from I don’t get my order there is no contact or location to the company choice to deliver, also the customer service say that sense it’s out of office it’s not there responsibility

Made an oder on Sep 19th, today is 30th and I still haven’t heard anything. There is no way to track my order and I don’t know when I am receiving it

This is taking forever !!!
Repeated complaints were useless.
My shipment returned , then re-shipped again, and yest I haven't received it. The staff are not cooperative and I have no clue what is this delay about. I'm tired of waiting and wasting my time in communicating with customer service
