Marcus was great. Talked through my teachers pension statement and clarified many things I didn't understand. Gave me clear options for further advice and was great at answering any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Andy contacted me about my pension options. He was extremely professional and his long service in this sector was evident throughout the conversation. He gave me all the details I needed to know about all the options available to me and gave valuable advice regarding my current financial situation. I put a few questions to him about my options and he answered them straight away, re-assuring me of a positive outcome. I was nervous about the initial meeting (conducted online) because I felt I wouldn't understand the jargon. They were very patient while I explained my concerns and immediately I was put at ease. I was able to ask questions which were answered and explained in simple terms. A few days later I remembered something I forgot to ask during our initial appointment, so I emailed them. The same day I received a prompt reply. They were very professional and courteous.

My Education Support Specialist was extremely professional, polite and understanding. His explanation of my TP statement was very informative and exactly I needed.

He is an excellent communicator and made me feel safe and comfortable during the meeting. I had some illnesses which could have made it difficult but instead his manner was sensitive and appropriately positive. Ranveer Khatkar was our mortgage broker for our recent house purchase. From start to finish we were impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. She was a true asset to aide with our purchase and took a lot of the pressure off of us as first time buyers. We had a more complex mortgage situation and she led and guided us through the whole process and unlocked better deals than we were able to find ourselves. Overall would strongly recommend.
