DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They scammed me through Etsy. They pretended to be Etsy support and contacted me saying it was a problem with verifying my bank account. After «verifying» my bank account got minus 500 Euro. However, I didn’t sign on anything telling me that 500 euros would be gone to this company. I send e-mail to Wert but doubt they will help me. The money is gone. This is going to be police reported!

Scam company. Either they themselves are scammers or they have created the perfect method for scammers to take your money. Very coincidental how everyone seems to be getting scammed in very similar ways. Don't understand how Wert could not reverse the funds as payments are made directly to them and I don't understand why they aren't doing anything to prevent it. I would never use their services in general as I'm not involved with Crypto and my own money has been used through some complex scam via their company. They will reply the generic message they have sent to everyone else however that does not change anything in terms of the scammed money or in terms of their services.

Wert is a regulated payment provider. All transactions processed through our platform require active user authorisation, including 3D Secure verification. Once a payment is completed, we immediately deliver crypto to the wallet address provided - and as you may know, crypto transfers are irreversible by design.
We do not have the ability to charge anyone without their full involvement in the payment process. If your card was used without your knowledge, it’s likely part of a broader scam involving a fake website or impersonation - and we strongly recommend contacting your bank to report the fraud and initiate a dispute.

Payment was cancelled from Wert for "... followed a payment link from a website that isn’t affiliated with us." So it looks like they have taken some steps to avoid unfamiliar sources. I got a satisfactory and professional respone from the support after.

Just to give a bit of context: we never work with scammers, and we take fraud seriously. In some cases, people are tricked into entering their card details on fake websites, and those details are then used to make purchases through our checkout.
Because the payments are verified by the bank with 3D Secure, everything looks normal on our side, and the crypto gets sent right away - which sadly means we’re not able to stop or reverse it afterward.
We’re actively working to improve how we detect and prevent this kind of abuse earlier.

I was scammed through Poshmark by…
I was scammed through Poshmark by someone using this platform to pretend they were Poshmark . I had just set up to resale items the same day I got people wanting to purchase. They claimed I needed verify my bank account to receive payments from people buying from me. Said I needed $500 in my account for verification the verification didn’t go through and needed to pay another $500. This is where I realized the payment had been sent to Wert and I had been scammed. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL! Now I cannot get anyone to refund me that money and no way to get ahold of WERT whoever they are!!!
Update::: After many emails back and forth with Wert they were able to see the transaction but claim they cannot refund me because I no longer have the ( product/merch/whatever ) they assumed I got from them 🤬 Basically took $1000 from me and nobody will help me! The bank cannot count it as fraud because I verified it ( assuming I was verifying Poshmark ) and that’s that!!! The company don’t care I’m on fixed income and they took majority of my money and refusing to fix it even tho they see the transactions on their side hmmm Sad sad world we live in!!! I’m not done with them!
Wert has no affiliation with Poshmark however the money withdrawn from my account was from WERT!! And your employee verified my info yet says he cannot refund me! I did zero business with Wert and I did NOT authorize them to take any money from my account!!
