WERT IS A SCAM!!! I'm new as an ETSY seller and I received a message claiming someone wants to buy my book, but in order for me to receive my funds, I needed to verify my Etsy account and so I clicked on it and input my info and next thing you know, $194.20 was stolen from my account!!!! The worst of the worst! Etsy has the worst customer service and no response whatsover and now I am fighting with my bank to get my money back! This is ridiculous! They turn your money into some cryptocurrency! Please be aware!!!!

Tried selling on poshmark and got scammed by the fake customer service WERT WHOM I HAD NO DEALINGS WITH asked me to verify my account before they would deposit the fund from me selling a $10 item. Over 600 dollars was taken from my account. I AM BEYOND ANGRY! Now I’m fighting with my bank to get the funds back horrible company for doing this to so many people!!!!

Just got scammed on Etsy
Just got scammed on Etsy, I just set up a shop and Etsy "customer service" (aka WERT) led me though this cat and mouse game of verifying my info via debit card and phone number. 3 times! The first time they did what they said, took money out, and refunded it immediately, then they did it two more times but didn't refund it, they took $398 total from me! I called the bank immediately and had my card deactivated. Stupid on me for trusting it, but they were masked as Etsy customer support. How low handed it was. The only reason I know it was WERT was because I saw the address after the fact that it wasn't in fact Etsy at all but a 3rd party. 100% scam, I want my money back now!

Great support
I bought cryptos and lost my wallet, which was not yet secured, due to a defect in my mobile phone. I have a new wallet and I have secured it. The support did everything they could to transfer the cryptos to my wallet. Whether this really happens is at the discretion of those where I bought the cryptos. Support is fast, competent and friendly.

Be careful you will be scammed
Wert operates by taking card payments on websites what you will not realise until it's too late is that you are not paying on the website via card, you are actually buying cryptocurrency from wert and then transferring that to the website. That is why websites that won't get access to card payments typically will go through wert because they are willing to work with anyone. I have personally been scammed through wert and they are not willing to help or provide support.

This company took $1000 from my bank account today through Etsy. Don’t tell me you’re not affiliated because you are. Your name came up on the bank statement. These f*in a**hole*s stole 200.00 from me off of a popular selling site and refuse to give it back! It's all the money I had in my account and there is no way to get a hold of them, no way to find them. They claim to be safe way to transfer money, and also PREY on women on Poshmark and get them to give over sensitive information and then take them for everything. This has been exhausting and I'm tired.. they're lucky I don't have an address for them!
