Dear Weltvree-Team,
everything went smooth and quick but at the delivery, the delivery box was attached to this wooden pallet. I convinced the kind driver who was really not happy to take it back. I think the oven should come in it's box without the pallet because what would one do with it as a private person after delivery.

Really BAD service!
Really BAD service!! I ordered on April 7 (yes indeed!!) and still did not receive my order (at the time of order it was indicated it would be delivered mid may and now we're mid August...). In the meanwhile summer is almost over... Never hear from customer service, and when asking for update I get very vague responses, and not even an offer for compensation. There are similar products online, but I get no answer on my proposal to deliver these instead. I would definitely recommend against ordering with Weltevree :-(
EDIT: the response from Weltevree below is a non response as I have emailed them a lot of times in the last couple of months...

Bended series
Ordering process is smooth. Unfortunately the delivery exceeds timelines indicated on the website. Very little detail, no track and trace features, so far no response from the courier on my request to change the delivery date. For such expensive order, I highly value clear communication and being home to take and check my parcels.
No opinion on the furniture as we are still awaiting the delivery !

very good service!
As a birthday present I bought a garden bench but only later I discovered the delivery time was going to take several weeks. When I emailed to ask if it was possible to deliver earlier they said that was not possible but they gave me the name me a shop were they had them still in stock and they offered me to cacel the order and return the money. Nou that is called good service!

We haven't received the delivery yet. TNT was not able to call us when they wanted to deliver the goods. TNT told us that many drivers havn"t a mobile phone. What we can"t believe!! We will receive the furnace tomorrow BR Harald Zöchbauer
