Good website, very fast postage, high quality fun clothes for kids that last due to the generous sizing and adaptable fits.

The dresses I ordered (2 different sizes) are great and the kids like them. However we didn’t like the layers of fabric holding the press stud fasteners on the shoulder - they’re not really necessary!

Delivery wasn't as straightforward though - the Courier left an email message saying the property could be accessed. Not sure what the problem was, but there was someone home all day and access was accessible! Photographic evidence would be helpful on such occasions.
On re-delivery the next day, no such problem! It's quite possible the Courier's first attempt for delivery was to the wrong address - this is where photographic evidence would be helpful.

Bought some clothes in the sale. Great prices and very fast delivery. It's really great to see children's clothing in bright colours. It's clothing to reflect their personalities. Also good to support a UK based company. We'll definitely continue to shop with Frugi in the future.

Fast efficient delivery and good email communication .
The 3/4 yr sizing is generous and both myself and granddaughter ( although she is only 2 1/2) love the reversible dress . All l find questionable is the durability of the button - through cord dress as it looks a thinner cord than l was expecting - whether this proves a problem only time will tell .

Excellent clothes that are made with care. Very stylish. They are more expensive than the high street shops but worth the extra money.

Highly recommend this company for baby and toddler products. Sizes are generous and reliable.

I spent over £180 on items from your online store and was still charged for the delivery (£2), even though the delivery should have been free.

Then when I returned an item that was too big again I had to pay (£3.10) for the item to be couriered back to Frugi's warehouse. Both of these costs are not providing good customer service. I have just returned an item of clothing that was too small for my daughter and the postage was free to return the item.
