Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the issue you experienced during checkout.

We have tried to recreate the issue you have described, where the delivery option reverted back to next day delivery, however we have not been able to replicate this on our system.

That said, we would be more than happy to help resolve this for you. If you call us on 01942 311234 and select option 2 before 11:30am this morning, we can amend the delivery service from next day to standard delivery and arrange a refund for the difference in the delivery charge.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to getting this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for choosing We Love Bathrooms.
