Trees delivered semi bald and with root transplant shock

They Delivered a sick plant and when asked, they said it’s normal and to just cut off the dry branches. It kept increasing only and when asked to replace, they demanded AED 180 extra for replacing and blaming that it went sick during my “maintenance” where I have clear evidence asking them on the same day of delivery why the plant looked like this.
I should have checked about the reviews before ordering!!
This is purely a scam!!

I ordered 2 plants. Both were defective, old & dirty. After raising the issue, they did not even bother looking into the matter, very arrogant & rude. The pots are entirely cracked too.

Extremely bad first impression. Avoid this company at any cost.

They just sent me Christmas tree for 900aed with no pot despite the order was including and branches are empty! It’s old and I can just throw it. No whatsapp answer, they don’t pick up the phone. Horror one day before Christmas Eve. Shame on you!!!!!

Scammers, they sell sick plants and pretend it's your fault - they propose to replace it for 180dhs. Even if the prices are attractive just buy somewhere else, I have to throw my disgusting olive tree without any refunds.

I bought an Areca plant from this store, and they gave me a slanted one. I raised a complaint with the store, but they just told me it’s a matter of making the plant stand firm. Okay, they will send slanted plants to customers that are about to fall down? It is not potted correctly. I gave tip 10aed in advance online thinking they are good coz of the title of the store. So Upset.

Don’t trust this company or purchase from them! They sell old and bare plants. Ordered a Christmas tree and it barely had any needles. They promised to exchange it but did not! They disappeared and are not refunding or exchanging. I will be seeking legal compensation from these scammers.

Misleading plant size. Didn’t deliver pot as ordered.

Avoid this sorry excuse for a business at all costs.

They have collected the payment, but two weeks passed and I see no refund nr the plant.
They do not pick up the phone, despite texting on What's app.
Sounds like a very unreliable company.

Heavily cut plant in bad shape. More than half of the branches were dead on arrival and turned brown within the week. Others were severely damaged by cutting the plant in incorrect shape. Customer service not responding on call, message or email.

Sheena, who owns this horrible “business” seems to post fake or stolen photos because what you see is NOT what you will get! After this horrible experience, I did some searching for another plant business and lo and behold I find the same pictures that Sheena from Well Potted is using! So I tried this business and got EXACTLY what I ordered and it was just like their photo.
Word to wise, Sheena…Don’t lie and steal and try to rip off other businesses and clients! By the looks of other reviews, word is out that you’re a scam. Bad, bad business decisions.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. My order was delayed twice, and communication was extremely poor. Despite reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp, my messages were ignored, and I was not informed about delivery issues. When the plant finally arrived, it was left in front of my door without any notification or call. Additionally, the plant was not as described, it was a different size and came in a different pot than what I selected and confirmed. The lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Stay away from this company, scammers. I bought an item it was not the same as picture, when I asked them to change it , they totally ignored me and stop answering my calls…

Kindly don’t buy from them, terrible customer service and no plant knowledge. Gave a big plant in a small pot. Plant isn’t able to stand straight and dying as roots are not getting enough room. Best part, they have stopped responding to messages and not taking calls. I really hope such organizations don’t survive. Just like the plant I took from them isn’t.

If I could read the review before I place the order, I would not buy anything from them.
They delivered the plant that was just reported and obviously placed not in a suitable soil. They have no knowledge about plants. The plant started to die on the second day while I followed all instructions to avoid direct sun lights.
Now they just answered with the same silly reply to water it 1 time per day and avoid direct sun lights. The replacement of their dead plant will cost me 180 Derham. Nonsense! They delivered dead plant and I have to pay money to replace it!
This is a call for those who is ready to go to complain to ded dep, please

sent wrong and cheaper plants, promised to replace then stopped responding to message and blocked me on facebook. SCAM!!!

Scam!!! Horrible!! Delivered many days later than promised. Plant size was less than half of what was mentioned on the website. Unhealthy plants. Customer service is zero. They say they will exchange and then later never pick the calls. Do not buy from here! I just lost 600 dhs

Very bad experience, highly unprofessional and rude staff. Don't keep up their commitments. Would not recommend
