Extremely disappointing experience. I attempted to do business with this company to purchase plants and from the very beginning the communication was unprofessional and negligent. I dealt directly with MAYA, who claims to be the manager, and the level of customer service was far below average. Calls and messages were rarely returned, follow-up was almost nonexistent, and I was left waiting for an invoice just to pay a deposit.

What made the experience even more frustrating was being asked to place a deposit on plants I had not even seen yet. I simply requested photos or confirmation of the plants before having them sent to my home to avoid wasting anyone’s time, which is a completely reasonable request. Instead of receiving professionalism or transparency, I received no reply to my messages.

I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience overall. Especially with their so called manager Maya.

If there was 0 stars i would give it. I ordered 2 trees, they were supposed to deliver yesterday, they didnt. Today morning at 7am when we opened the door, we saw that they had threw the trees infront of the door. They didnt knock or contact us, dont even know if they threw them late night. One of the trees is DEAD!! I sent them photos and tried to contact them, but they hung up in my face and when I tried to call them again they kept closing the line. I filed a complaint in consumer complaints. I feel that I was scammed and submitted to fraud. They refused to replace the dead tree and behaved in a horrible and unprofessional way!

Absolutely terrible experience with them. The plant delivered looked nothing like the photos online — honestly a complete misrepresentation. I paid over AED 525 and received something completely different from what was advertised.

What’s even worse is the customer service. Multiple calls, multiple messages, and nobody responds. They then blocked me on WhatsApp because I was following up there and started cutting my calls. I tried from my other phone and they answered and when they found out it was related to a return / refund. They just hung up on me and blocked the other number too. Once they have your money, good luck trying to return anything or get support.

Avoid unless you’re willing to risk being stuck with an overpriced product and zero after-sales service.

Complete scam, they take your money and do not deliver. I’ve been waiting for my plant for one month. They don’t answer any correspondence, phone calls, texts. They take your money and total silence

Not serious at all, never buy from them

Very bad experience with this company in terms of communication and delivery. When you call them no one is answering, they might answer one call in 500 calls a day. The website says when you place the order that you will receive it the next day. That’s also not true I made my order on 06/05 we r 09/05 and the delivery came only today and guess what? it’s incomplete and totally wrong. I asked them to make it happen the same day and they said they can’t because they have another important order in downtown to fulfill. As if my order is for free. Completely disappointed and since that day they never answer my calls they keep hanging the line, and not even to my messages through WhatsApp. Stay away from this website and never order again. My money is gone 1000aed and this entity needs to stop.

I ordered 5 plants and they delivered 4. The driver said don't worry we will deliver it next day. Nothing. I tried reaching out via WA but the customer service is shocking. It's impossible to get in touch with them, they just flat out ignore all messages. I finally reached them via phone after multiple attempts, the person was rude and not helpful at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bad quality and the worst customer service!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this online plant store. Before purchasing, I was assured that they had a return policy, which was one of the reasons I proceeded with the order. After the plant was delivered, I requested a return, but the return was not arranged and the issue was not resolved despite my follow-up they have been ignoring me completely.

They took our money but never delivered the order. When we followed up for the status, they stopped responding. Even after sending proof of the plants, their replies were very slow and they seemed unaware of our order details.

They also tried to mislead us by saying a delivery rider was on the way, then suddenly cancelled the delivery from their side and sent a screenshot with a different/incorrect time.

This experience is unprofessional and unreliable. Be careful and avoid ordering from them.

Extremely disappointed. The plant I received is not as advertised; it arrived with multiple torn leaves, holes, and unsightly brown spots. It looks nothing like the healthy plant shown in their photos. To make matters worse, the seller has completely ghosted me after I sent the evidence. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

The company delivered a wrong plant and demanded payment with threating messages. Super weird behavior.

Hands down the worst company I have dealt with in the UAE. I paid AED 1,200 for a palm tree plant that arrived in a disgraceful condition — leaves dry, brittle, and hacked to pieces. Not what I ordered. Not even close.

Getting hold of them after delivery? Impossible. My calls were filtered and ignored. No answers. No callbacks. No responses to WhatsApp nor emails. Yet when I rang from a different number, they picked up on the first ring. So they are not busy — they are deliberately dodging unhappy customers.

It gets worse. They told me I had to return the plant myself — to their farm, no less — despite it being over two metres tall. They then refused to provide the farm's address. And when I checked their terms and conditions, there is absolutely no mention of the customer being responsible for arranging return transportation. They are simply making it up as they go along.

Avoid this company. Save your money and your sanity.

I placed an order with WellPottedPlants.ae (Order #23615) on 3 February 2026 for AED 100. The order was not delivered. I have followed up multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and their website contact form. Initially, I was informed that refunds could only be processed after 21 days. After this period, I was advised that the refund would need to be handled through my bank. My bank has confirmed that a refund cannot be processed without authorization from the merchant, which has not been provided to date. As of now, the matter remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. I hope this can be addressed promptly.

I was scammed by this plant-selling business. I paid for the order, but they never delivered anything. They also don’t respond to emails, and their phone number cannot be reached. The UAE government needs to urgently stop businesses like this that cheat customers. Always read reviews before buying from any business.
