Misleading 30 day money back guarantee
First time trying NMN and thought I might as well use their collagen too (easier to use just 1 company) I thought great a 30 day money back guarantee. So I noticed NOTHING after 30 days with the NMN so contacted them, just to be told I’d need to take them for 60-90 days to notice a difference. I mentioned the money back guarantee. And was told I was now out of that time line, but as a gesture of good will I couldn’t return the unused product. Obviously I’d used the product!! Why wouldn’t I??? I’d need to to know if it works I mentioned this and was told they would not accept empty packaging SO my recommendation is “do not rely on their money back guarantee” if they don’t work for you you’ve just wasted your money. There are MANY other brands to use I won’t be buying anything from them in the future Very misleading to a customer Extremely disappointing!!!

These terms are available for customers to review before making a purchase, and we would always recommend reading them carefully so the requirements are fully understood.
Our guarantee is in place to give customers reassurance if, for example, they don’t like the flavour or taste of a product or find that they struggle with the format, such as capsules. It is not intended to allow a customer to use an entire product and then return an empty package for a refund. We have these terms in place to protect our business from misuse of the guarantee.
With supplements such as NMN, we also make it clear that results can vary and that supplements are not products where everyone should expect to notice a significant effect within just 30 days. We expect customers to understand the product they are purchasing and follow the recommended usage.
We’re sorry you feel disappointed with the outcome, but we do have to apply our guarantee fairly and consistently across all customers.
