No order!!

PLEASE NOTE... they do not send what is on the website, photos differ and the items are not what do you see in websit. My order in photo it was perfect and in reality there are dameged and when i text him, he don’t answer.

This review is incorrect. We sell used parts only, and every listing clearly shows real photos of the exact item being sold. Used parts will always have signs of previous use, which is normal and expected.
Customers purchasing used items should understand they are not new parts. If there is any issue, we are always open to communication to resolve the situation.

Good service

I have ordered a egr-cooler for a Chevrolet Cruze 1.7 cdti. I ordered it on wednesday, and the next week on thursday it arrived in Belgium.
I am very plaesed whit the part 👍

Old daf parts

Great compliment. Ordered, paid and got the part in 10 days. It is not even possible to buy a new spare part for this Daf truck, which is no longer produced. Now the truck is working fine and everything is ok.

Most listings are not actually real

I've ordered a part on Monday, payment was confirmed, order was confirmed and 2 days later I got a message that the part is actually not available and the listing on the website was outdated. I've requested information of 3 more listings of the same part, and they were all not available in reality (while being displayed as available on the site) and they sent me an available listing that was 2x the original price.
The only selling point of using this website was the vast amount of spare and oem parts; but since this is apparently false, I find no reason to order from them. The shipping is also double as expensive as other European vendors (50 euro) for the exact same shipping (DPD - 7-10 days delivery).

TLDR: Before ordering, always message them on WhatsApp and ask if they actually have the part.

They're an unreliable company. Don't Order

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS SHIT AND THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF. I have a headlight where all the mounting points were broken. I finally had one made from the old headlight and the junk headlight. It cost me €180 extra, and returning it wasn't an option because Welldoneparts.com wouldn't answer, charged me €100 in shipping, and wouldn't supply me with a new headlight and wouldn't cover the costs. The headlight in its original condition wasn't even worth €150... Don't fall for it; their service is terrible, and they're hiding behind their terms of delivery, which violate European regulations. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

NOTE: They will respond to my review and deny everything... but in their webshop the lamp was not broken but complete... they even had more headlights for sale, but they will not send another more... they say very hard that they do not have any more. They are SCAMMERS.

The item you received was a used original part, as described and shown in the photos on our website. All products are sold in the condition stated in the listing, and any visible defects are documented.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, at your own expense. This is standard for B2C online sales unless the seller states otherwise.

After receiving the return and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value (€400). Shipping fees (€50) are clearly marked as non-refundable in our Terms and Conditions:

I made a purchase in the online store on 5/09 for 2 (Two) BMW cranks (Used) for R$479.
I received an order on 9/24 that only contained ! (ONE) crankshaft and in a state of "SCRAP", impossible to rectify.
I complained on 25/9, via email and WhatsApp, but I DID NOT receive any response.
The WORST I've gotten in many hundreds of purchases I've made online. They are NOT SERIOUS!! BE SHAME!!!

Scammers

Same problem as the user before me. Beware of scammers from the east. I ordered a new part at a high price and the old used part arrived damaged during disassembly. The e-shop's communication is bad, they don't want to solve the problem. The part is unusable. Contacted the ECC (European Consumer Centre).

The part you ordered was shipped in the condition stated in the listing, and we strongly reject the claim that we sent a used or damaged item as a "new" one. All our parts are inspected, documented, and securely packed before shipping.

If the item was damaged during transport, we always initiate a claim with the courier, as per standard procedure. For this, we ask for photos and videos, which are used to support the case. Damage in transit does not mean the item was sent defective.

We have replied to your messages, although sometimes responses may take longer due to time zones or the need for internal verification. Lack of an immediate resolution does not mean we are ignoring your case.

Accusing us of being “scammers” or using xenophobic language (“from the east”) is both unfounded and inappropriate. We are a registered European business with hundreds of satisfied customers across the EU. These types of public defamation can lead to legal consequences.

You are, of course, free to contact the ECC (European Consumer Centre) — we fully support legal consumer protection frameworks and are always open to cooperating through official channels.
