So the onboarding experience went extremely smoothly with no issues. I have attended a Workshop for Counsellors via Welldoing.org which was excellent. Hopefully, clients start to come through soon.

The platform is a lot more user-friendly than many others, giving either really simple filters to choose from (such as male VS female therapist) or very specific (such as 'schema-therapy').
Picking a therapist is already a very daunting process, but I'd recommend welldoing.org to anyone, any-day, who is searching for a therapist!
Would have been 5 but I joined when some of the extras on offer that I would have been happy to pay for were being discontinued…
Overall a very positive experience and still a lot to get through in terms of support offered and also things to be involved with.

I've been with wellbeing.org for nearly a year now. I've find the website and interface easy to use, the CPD offered is great also. I've also found the support from them really helpful, it genuinely feels that they have wanted to get to know me as a therapist and that personal touch is something I really value.

I have been with Welldoing.org as a therapist pretty much since they started. I had to reduce my workload, so eventually jumped off the membership, but still keep in touch via their cpd events, most of which have been very very interesting and useful. I still see clients that I found through welldoing originally. I remember feeling that it was the most reliable way to advertise back when I engaged with three or four different platforms, because the clients were all committed to find help. It was also a lot more user-friendly than other platforms in terms of putting the information out there. The reason why I'm giving you four stars, which I have discussed with you, is the black and white element of the membership with nothing in between for those of us who no longer need to advertise for whatever reason. Good luck to you and all the best for the future x

As a therapist the Welldoing platform was easy to join. I love the booking in system and payment system. I was surprised to be matched with a client within the first week of joining but I know it won't always be like that. I found the customer service via email very helpful, welcoming and informative. It is still early days but so far so good!

As a new therapist I'm trying lots of different platforms to advertise my practice. I have to say that I've found Welldoing to be one of the best, in terms of client contacts and added value. I've got two long term clients who came from the site and have had other enquiries. I really appreciate the free CPD and social opportunities with other therapists. Thanks for a brilliant service Welldoing.

Great CPD sessions and personalised advice from Alice and Louise.
I have had one client from the platform so far and my profile has been active for a couple of months, I do hope for more of course, that’s the whole reason I am there.

I was not replied to my email even I have send my email with my question 3 times . I do not see this as a good customer service since I pay for there services. Yet there was no number to call to ask questions.

I tried to book with a therapist, the original email said they would be in touch in 48 hours, I am still waiting. I contacted Welldoing and they have not replied either. I am very disappointed as I was at nearly crisis point and needed help. luckily i have found a therapist through another company and have been progressing well.

I think it is a really great therapist site, the meet the therapist is a very supportive way of encouraging new clients. Sadly I haven't had any connections made, which is the only downside to the site so far.
It was easy to set up and good advice on how to set up a profile. I think it's a UK based, run by UK psychotherapists (or at least in collaboration with them) and not American insurance companies with their commercialization of the service and with the sole focus of making money. I don't object to money making aspect of those type services but if it's not safe for the clients, then money can't justify it.
I'm sorry to say this was a disappointing experience. As a member of other directories I am able to gather some data from them regarding the number of times my profile's been seen, or quantify the results with client leads or bookings. With Wellbeing I didn't have either so it was impossible to assess it's effectiveness. I consequently only stayed a month, so perhaps not long enough, however with the three other directories I'm with I had achieved some element of a result in that time. Combined with the upfront cost, it wasn't worth pursuing for me.

I haven't received a single client message in the month I registered with welldoing. I work remotely and I'm also registered on 2 other directory pages, which have worked out much better for me. I also find the welldoing website not easy to navigate and not very nice to look at. It didn't work for me at all and was wasted money.

Well doing.org are a excellent company to work for. They provide support whilst trying to gain clients. They also provide extra training
Seems like a great platform. Love the ability for clients to pay and book online. Also offers fantastic cpd to it's members. I haven't had any clients from this platform yes so only reason for 4 stars
