I've had a great experience being matched with potential therapists using Welldoing. Alice is in regular contact with me, asks the right questions, and is extremely diligent and thorough (not to mention patient!) I really appreciate their service and am grateful for Alice's approach in particular. Thank you!

I contacted Welldoing.org on the 1st or 2nd January and have had regular contact from Alice since, with several suitable therapists.
Alice gave me options that fitted with my preferences and I was able to choose out of three promising therapists with varied prices and time-slots that would best suit me.
I haven’t yet had a therapy session with my chosen therapist but I am looking forward to it.
This service was faster than I thought it would be, and I am really impressed and grateful for the swift efforts gone in to find me a suitable therapist.
It is such a relief after endlessly scrolling through therapist and counsellor profiles for weeks. Welldoing cuts out all the rubbish bit for you. You simply write what your issues are, and what your preferences are and they find you a therapist specially suited for your needs - within your chosen budget and location radius.
This is definitely money well spent as it saved me lots of time and energy from having to search for a suitable person whose availability matches mine. They do it all for you. Couldn’t recommend this enough.

Yes I think the reply is in order. I did join before Christmas. So my expectations were high. I’m hoping things will improve as I go along.

Fantastically helpful and I had great referrals. Use to set up and use the site.

Absolute crap and waste of money and took me sending a billion emails to get the direct debit cancelled.

It has been nice to know that there are humans at the other end and the staff were very helpful with a query however I have not had much in terms of queries from potential clients
I signed up over a week ago and have had no traffic and no referrals. The price is good and I am being patient and hoping this will change. I am on other platforms and have not been faced with zero traffic after 1 full week.

I joined as a therapist and haven't had any referrals as yet. My second payment has just gone out, if I don't get anything before the month is over, I'll be cancelling my subscription. There just isn't the throughput of work to make it worthwhile. It feels like money down the drain. More investment is needed by welldoing to appear higher on search engines to get clients, otherwise it's not worth it for professionals.
I read previous reviews and thought I'd give it a chance anyway.
It would be best to offer a free trial for therapists and if it proves worth it, they'll gladly pay to stay on.
The charge to verify professional membership is unjustified, as a simple Google search (with the professional body i.e BACP register, which qualified tegistered counsellors/therapists are on, with valid credentials only) can confirm that. Welldoing are just collecting money for nothing on that one.

I appreciated the personal email offering to help resolve an issue.

Great customer service and so easy to sign up and use. I have only been on the site for 2 weeks and have already had a lead that has converted in to a client. I advertise on three sites and have to say this has been the best for customer service and ease of use! Won't hesitate to recommend to my peers.

Easy to sign up, and a friendly welcome. I’m looking forward to being part of the Welldoing community.
It has been a straightforward process to set up my profile and details on Welldoing. It has been a quick and smooth process.

have just started with them and so far have not heard anything from any clients.
I appreciate the easy use of Weeldoing's user interface.
Welldoing are a great organisation to work with. They are friendly, efficient and approachable and always there if you have any questions or queries. I would recommend working with them,

I am very disappointed with this site. I initially asked to advertise with them and wrote my own profile which they published incorrectly with typos and I had to contact them to correct it...not a good start.
After paying for a yearly subscription with good faith, I then discover that they can only promote 50 entries at a time due to the size of their platform (also not a good sign) meaning that I was not advertised at all on many searches.
On asking for a refund I was refused, despite having had no responses or even views for 6 weeks, and despite the fact that I had had to correct their mistakes to begin with. As I advertise elsewhere I know my profile is one that invites regular viewings and clients and is extremely unlikely to get no viewings or enquiries. This was a really bad investment.
A couple of months later....still no work from this site; and no explanation either.
