We had to change our pick up plan and our driver was so accommodating.

Communication from booking to transfers was a positive experience. Drivers polite on time and knowledgeable.
First time using this service but certainly not the last

Used for a 12 person transfer there and back from Girona airport. By far the cheapest way of doing it for a large group. Driver was early, communication by whatsapp very useful and the van was very nice high end luxury. Literally couldn't of asked for any more than we recieved. First time using but will always use welcome pickups now in the future. Wasn't aware of it before but website was good so I thought id try it, glad I did!

Stay away! Changed vehicle last minute and went silent.
I booked and paid for a specific transport capacity a week in advance. Less than 24 hours before the trip, they unilaterally changed the vehicle to a smaller one. When we complained, they unprofessionally told us to find another carrier if we didn't like it, and then completely ignored all our subsequent messages. The actual transport was incredibly uncomfortable and caused us major complications. I am demanding a full refund. Absolutely unreliable and terrible customer service!

Driver was very pleasant and friendly.

Receiving messages to let us know the driver was there and were we would find him
The drive into Naples he explain different areas gave us advise on places to visit and eat he was pleasant courteous and very friendly
Pickup from our accommodation driver messaged to ask us if we were ready which was good as we were able to come down and he was there
It was a different driver but again was pleasant polite courteous
Both times the cars ware immaculate and felt like VIPs in the back
Will be recommending my family and friends to us his company when traveling

Easy to book, info on the driver and the car sent before pick up, nice driver, on time with clean car. Again a good experience

Almost perfect as I misinterpreted "T1" as Terminal where there is/was no terminal 1 - we arrived at Terminal 2A. T stands for meeting point of which there were many. I note 2 ea. videos lately due lack of intrrnet connection illustrating the way to "T1" nearby terminal 2A. Anything else wa perfect for us. Sending abv videos before leaving home may have prevented the abv confusion?

Abdullah is a great, magnificent and kind person. We get off BCN airport migration and customs one hour earlier. I just sent a message to Abdullah through the app and he came to pickup us (my wife and me) in no time. Great job Abdullah and many thanks for your support and service.

Our driver was on time and very professional. He got us to our destination safely and took the time to point out some highlights in Seoul. Would gladly recommend him to anyone.

It was utterly unpleasant experience. I booked a car for my daughter for her trip to Valencia, trusting she will meet the driver on arrival. Yes, this Welcome Pickups said the driver will be waiting at the arrival gate with passenger’s name but nobody showed up. Driver’s name and phone number was provided to my daughter and she called the number but it was never answered. Instead, there was a call from unknown number that my daughter didn’t want to answer as the number was different from the number that she received from Welcome Pickups. She thought it could be a scam call and I think it was proper precaution. She kept waiting at the arrival but nobody showed up and she called me. I called that suspicious number and that number was a new driver. My daughter was never advised of any information about this new driver and even this new driver didn’t come to the arrival gate. Instead, he came only to a taxi stand and my daughter had to walk there. Finally, my daughter could get in the car but t was nearly midnight and I’m so upset about Welcome Pickups. I would never use this company again.

The driver arrived well before the time that was agreed. And communication was good. And he drove us swiftly and safely to the destination.

Driver was prompt with a reply to our plane landed notification and continued thru the customs and baggage processes. Had name signage and meeting location pictures sent to us. Took control of our baggage and guided us to the vehicle. Pleasant conversation on the ride to our hotel.
We have used Welcome Pickups 4 times in the last several years and have been very pleased.

Punctual, informative and well turned out. Car spotless. Picked us up on 22 nd May 2026. Was waiting for us. Then again 25th May 2026. Again punctual, before arrival time. Good experience.

The driver was on time and very friendly. The van was clean and roomy. The was a great help in loading and unloading all of our luggage. I would strongly recommend this ride service to anyone.
