The staff are simply the best…
The staff at Wel are genuinely the best I’ve dealt with. I should know their names by now, but I don’t and that’s more of a reflection of my memory. The young guy behind the counter is helpful and friendly. The lads in the yard don’t say much but they’re on point and often have me loaded before I’ve even finished placing the order. And my number one is the delivery driver. He’s always in great from and will go out of his way to drop the load where you need it. A few months ago I had a delivery of bulk bags from another company and the grumpy driver didn’t have time to drop them in the order I needed and made a big fuss that we even asked. When I had my next Wel delivery the driver not only unloaded his stuff exactly where I needed but he also rearranged the other delivery. I mean, I can’t say enough about the service.

Decking delivered by a friendly and…
Decking delivered by a friendly and helpful driver.
Only issue is that the wood is not regular. Some is warped and some is slightly thicker than others making it challenging to lay the decking.
I’m managing but it shouldn’t be this hard.

Quick delivery
Order placed on the Tuesday, delivered on the Thursday.
Only thing stopping a 5 star review was that I received no e-mail confirmation for my order so had to phone to confirm order and delivery date, which although only a 5 minute call could have been avoided. As the call was so quick I didn't ask why the mail hadn't come through.
Will definitely use again.
