WEL Timber & Building Supplies

Superb service above and beyond. I had a 800kg bag of MOT1 delivered today and am delighted with the standard of the service I received. Mark went above and beyond not only dropping the goods exactly where it was required but also emptying the bag. He was polite and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble.

I would give zero start if I could. Extremely poor service.
Ordered through material market and was supposed to get delivery on Friday. Nothing, called many times but no answer or return to voicemail. Waited on Monday, advised by material market stating they spoke to this supplier and will be delivered today. But later got call form this supplier to say they don’t have stock. When ask why they didn’t communicate this with me or material market, no reason given.
Paid worker to be there to sign delivery and start work, I was asked by the person on call why I paid the worker without having material in hand.
When I started to explain kept repeating calm down calm down like I was a child then when I said I have my reasons to be frustrated he decided to hang up.
Terrible terrible.
Don’t order with them unless you have time to sit and wait for delivery without any communication as to when.

A great and easy experience, Mark delivered our mot and he helped make the drop simple and not stressful. I am used to companies not offering solutions for drop offs but mark made it incredibly easy and was amazing.

Thanks for your message.

Just to clarify, we do not display any Trustpilot widgets, ratings, or reviews on our website, so the suggestion that Trustpilot is currently “implemented” (or needs a paid implementation) is a little confusing.

We’re fully committed to providing an excellent service and customer experience, but we don’t believe we should have to pay Trustpilot in order to “implement” trust or customer feedback on our own website.

If there is anything you genuinely need us to update (for example: business details, contact information, or verification requirements on the Trustpilot platform itself), please outline exactly what is required and where, and we’ll review and update accordingly.

Ordering online was easy, delivered the next day.One small gripe was, some stuff was originally out of stock, was told I would be notified when back in stock. Didn't get that message until after I had checked web site and placed my order. Apart from that, no problems, have used before and will use again.

The delivery was polite and friendly and put our materials where they were needed.

Always had prompt delivery and been happy with the materials Wel have supplied

Flexible relaxed service with good prices

Best price on website, fast delivery.
Excellent service.i will recommend this company to everyone.

If I need it and WEL stock it, I’ll buy it. Hands down the cheapest place for miles. Delivery service is usually next day and always delivered with a smile.

Great service. Will continue to be a customer.

Very good service reasonable prices would definitely recommend them

The guys just did what I requested regarding the delivery. No fuss, they let me know by email my requested date had been seen. Delivery turned up on the requested date, no drama. The cheerful delivery driver dropped where I requested without any issues. Just the best all round experience, I'm a very happy bunny.

Always a pleasure working with WEL. Timber is the best quality around by a long shot and the staff are very polite and professional. I wouldn’t, and don’t, use anyone else
