Jerry, resolutions manager was very kind and professional. I was not able to do in-studio weigh in for the month of June due to a medical issue. I called the WW contact number and spoke with AI asking if I was able to weigh at home and record it my app, I was told YES and if I needed further help with steps. The next morning I noticed I was billed by WW. I called and spoke to a very rude representative who stated that was incorrect weigh in must be done in studio, I tried to explain my situation and she didn’t want to hear it. I asked if I could speak with someone else, I was pleased with Jerry who was able to assist me. Jerry is a definite ASSET to WW, great customer service A DEFINITE KEEPER. Get your website working properly. I tried to enter my meals and I got a thousand kinds of bacon, but not plain bacon. That is only one example. It is like that for each food I tried to enter. It is very frustrating. I started using my old WW books for food values. I would send a question to my consultant, and I'd get an answer from someone else, and usually only half the question would be answered. Then I'd have to ask the question again. Then wait another couple of days to get an answer. I HATE this system. I signed up for the Med plan. I sent in all credentials asked for. Was cleared for metformin, but had to wait over a month for my prescription. So I ordered a few days early for my refill so there would be no gap. I still have not heard anything about that.

My meds haven’t gotten to me on time for the 2 months I’ve been with WW but they took my money on time. All I get is responses from AI. So I miss doses I shouldn’t. They send me stuff about cooking and exercise instead of real responses and fixing the problem!!!!

I don’t seem to be able to relate in the virtual classes. I’ve not been able to see anything in the GLP1 program. I love the app, although 120/yr for an app is expensive on top of my compounded meds.
