Late/No Delivery
I ordered products on February 3 to be delivered to Belgium, and as of February 17 they still haven’t left Germany. According to DHL tracking, the package has been sitting in a DHL facility since February 5 with no movement at all.
I contacted Weider several times, but they take no responsibility for the delay. They just keep pointing at DHL and repeating the same message — that they “opened a case” without providing any real updates or solutions. Every reply only comes after I chase them.
This has been the worst customer experience I’ve had in the EU. It genuinely feels like they don’t care about their customers.
